Sophia's Famous Pancakes Reviews
They had a crappy menu for Father’s Day and don’t warn you ahead of time. The menu doesn’t even give any descriptions of what comes in or with the meal.
They are for sure #fatmanapproved! I LOVE breakfast and Sophia's in Highland is the best around! Never have I had an issue with taste or service. If you want a big, great tasting breakfast then check out Sophia's in Highland.
Burnt hash brown no flavor what so ever i ate two spoons and the made me pay for food I didn’t eat i will never eat here again and I don’t recommend it . The waitress didn’t accommodate me at all even the pancakes were terrible

Sophia's Famous Pancakes is a restaurant that offers a variety of options for those with dietary restrictions, including gluten-free pancakes and dairy-free coffee creamer. The apple pancake, baked in the oven, remains a highlight, although there have been occasions when it was served as regular pancakes with apples on top. The steak skillet is also a tasty choice, but it may require additional seasoning for some. The blue cheese crumbles in the dish can be sparse. The pancakes are highly praised and are considered some of the best in a long time, with portions being sizeable and the food described as down-home and generous. The restaurant is known for its turkey sausage omelet with American cheese and raisin bread toast, adding to its diverse menu. Service is generally good, with one server receiving special mention for her phenomenal service. While the coffee has been noted as weak by some, the overall experience at Sophia's Famous Pancakes is positive, with clean, friendly, and comfortable surroundings. Customers appreciate the quick service, and the food is often served hot and fresh. It is best known for breakfast and is family-owned with three locations: Highland, Schererville, and Merrillville.
