The pizza is made fresh and tastes amazing, as well as the bread sticks which are the best out of any pizza place(I recommend the 3/4 cooked ones, they're the perfect amount of chewy). Our server Christy was the cherry on top, she was very friendly and knowledgeable as well as attentive with our table and always there if we needed something or had a question. She set the mood and made it one of the best Pizza King experiences I've ever had. Unfortunately I couldn't leave a rating above 5 stars, but I hope to be back again soon because you know, It's an Indiana Thing!“

“I used to love the Albany locations pizza. in fact it was one of the best around however times must be changing. The quality just keeps getting worse and worse. I literally took my delivered pizza back to ask the manager if this is the quality you get for a $35 pizza... she looked at me and asked what was wrong with it?!! when your slogan is to the edge I suspect maybe it should be to the edge. there was barely any cheese on it. It was drier than the Sahara desert.. I've seen most frozen pizzas look better. the manager continued to try to get me to explain what was wrong with it. I just said that if you can't see what is wrong with this then that answers everything. I took my crap pizza and left and said I'm not here to teach you how to make a pizza. obviously this management doesn't have the same standards the pizza king franchise usually has! I will say that the manager did offer to remake it however took no ownership in the quality... The bottom line is this, I'm Over, getting over charged for sub par quality. if you are going to charge me for quality the. give me quality...“

“so last week rummaging through an old wallet where the cards and IDs and it expired in like 2019 I found two Greeks gift cards that had no expiration dates but I was doubtful I would still be able to use but I decided to give it a shot and even though these things are over 5 years old had gotten some water damage since I found him they were super cool and honored them and we're kind courteous and got my food out to me quick fast and in a hurry and it was absolutely delicious! the manager and the girl working yesterday were awesome!“

“Went in during lunch on a Thursday and it was not busy at all. Paid $15 for a small pizza, breadsticks and a drink (CardinalBox). A little overpriced in my opinion, but I suppose inflation is affecting us all. Worker was really kind and had my order ready on a rack, with the breadsticks in a heater. Place was really empty, but the atmosphere was pretty good, albeit slightly bland (some local BSU decorations would be pretty cool). Chairs were comfy too. They also give you a couple free tootsie rolls per pizza. Overall, this hotbox is awesome, and I’d definitely visit again.“

“The staff and food of this Pizza Hut is amazing. We started getting lunch again when they have had their personal pan pizza sale. The store has been slammed each week we have came and the staff has been their butts off to get all the food made while also greeting us when we walk in and being super nice!
