Jimmy John's in Seymour has been a welcome addition for many. Customers have praised the amazing people and great service, with one noting they would give it ten out of ten stars. The speed when ordering in-store has always been great, and employees were friendly with no long wait. One customer was so appreciative of the worker who helped on the August 25th night shift, thanking them for their kind heart and awesome hospitality.

For a daughter with celiac disease who can't eat at many places, the staff made her an unwhich and when something was done incorrectly, they were incredibly kind and went WAY out of their way to make sure she had a safe sandwich. They opened a new jar of mayonnaise and took extra time to prepare everything.

However, one customer ordered a slim 1, just ham and cheese, but received a number one, The Pepe, with ham, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes, and had to pick off the lettuce and tomatoes. Another time a slim 1 only came with ham. Online orders have also been overlooked, with staff scrambling to prepare them on the spot even though the website indicated they would be ready.
