If you like sorbet, the raspberry sorbet is fantastic. It was refreshing and the texture was spot on. Ice cream flavors we tried: Strawberry: has pieces of strawberry in it. It was fresh and not overly sweet. Lovely flavor! Coconut: Tasted coco-nutty/vanilla with toasted coconut flakes and chocolate bits. It was great! Cookie Monster: sweet was cookie bits throughout it. After checking out the reviews for various shops/ice cream in Shipshewana, decided to try Mom's and see which reviews give the better picture...and are we glad we did. When we arrived, there were numerous locals around (always a good sign), and we were quickly asked our choices. Delicious ice cream!!! We all enjoyed our cone! Huckleberry, Summer Peach, Chocolate soft serve, Black Raspberry soft serve — all amazing. And the cost was very reasonable. We will definitely stop there again!
