The staff, including Jennifer, are kind, courteous, and go above expectations. The food, especially the Blizzards, are delicious. However, there have been issues with certain machines and some menu items, such as the Triple Truffle and Reese's Extreme Blizzard, are occasionally unavailable. While prices are a bit high, some customers appreciate the option to customize their orders, even if it means they might be owed a few free Blizzards due to the "if it's not flipped, it's free" policy.
