I don’t write reviews because I never felt the need but that changed today as I feel people should be made aware. Dunkin is one of my go to places, but today I was extremely disappointed and probably will not go back to Michigan St., South Bend. The food was great as always, but as I am pregnant, I cannot have caffeine so I asked for decaf which they gave, but they put espresso in it instead, and when I tried to explain espresso has caffeine they just gave me milk in return...read full review
Stopped by the morning of 12/9/23 for a quick drive through breakfast and I have to say it was the most positive drive through experience I have ever had. I was 4 or 5 cars back in line and I don’t think I was in line for more than a couple minutes. Sandwich and coffee were great and the staff were extremely friendly, professional and efficient. This will undoubtedly be a Saturday morning staple for me on my way to work. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Dunkin' is a popular restaurant known for its delicious ice coffee. The customer service is always friendly, fast, and efficient. The new owner and staff, including Helen, are particularly commended for their excellent service. However, there was one instance where a customer received a spoiled-tasting sausage, egg, and cheese wrap, although the bacon and hash browns were noted to be good. The chai is also described as delicious.
