Oh dear God. I get to the window where one of the employees is telling other employees that she is frustrated in a VERY loud voice. Two cars had been pulled up in front of me. Took forever. Another employee delivered bags of food walking as SLOWLY as possible while playing with her phone. Employees can be very hit and miss.2024 update: place an online order at about 11:45 p.m., arrived at about 11:50. Order was not ready yet, but the cashier apologized and told me to pull up. I pulled up and waited about 10 minutes, at which point an employee came out that asked me what I had ordered.I told him, at about 5 minutes later he came out with two orders. This may be the worst Wendy's in the nation. I have only gone a few times, but each and every time it was a long wait after submitting a mobile order. Upon arrival I saw my name on their little order screen as "complete". But my food was not in the area for mobile orders.
