Wendy's is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its good food. The staff is usually helpful and ensures orders are accurate, though the service can sometimes be slow, especially during busy times. The restaurant also features a children's play area, making it a family-friendly option. Recently, customers have noted improved service, with the people working and running the store described as wonderful. However, some customers have experienced long waits and unprofessional behavior from employees, including cussing in front of children. Despite these issues, the food is consistently praised as great.
