“I’ve been going to Fat Cap for a few years and have always had good customer service. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. I placed my order and clearly explained how I wanted my food prepared. After driving about 30 minutes to get there, I noticed the meat was overcooked.

I stopped in tonight and had great food and great service. The smoked wings are amazing. The brisket was perfect. I highly recommend this joint.
Never been before until today. Everything was spot on! Best food I ate in a long time and price wasn’t bad. Definitely will be back!
