Rally's offers a friendly and welcoming experience, with staff providing customer service that can sometimes vary. The Rally fries are a highlight, remaining delicious and hot. While some menu items, like the mozzarella sticks, impress, others, such as the chili, have received negative reviews. The food is often noted as great, with many customers remarking that it is hot and fresh. Despite some complaints about rudeness from a few staff members, many reviews praise the overall service, especially highlighting experiences with staff who are kind and apologetic. Rally's remains a reliable stop for a quick bite and provides great value, especially for those looking for late-night options.
