“**El Globo Bakery Review**I recently visited El Globo Bakery in Indiana Speedway, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The pan francés, which I've had on multiple occasions, consistently tastes old and lacks the freshness you'd expect from a bakery. It's quite disappointing to see no improvement in this aspect.Moreover, I noticed that the staff making the bread do not use gloves or hats to cover their hair. This lack of basic hygiene practices is concerning and definitely something that needs to be addressed. A bakery should prioritize cleanliness and food safety, and El Globo Bakery falls short in this regard.To make matters worse, the cashiers were quite rude during my visit. Friendly customer service is crucial for a pleasant experience, and the attitude of the staff left much to be desired.Overall, while the bakery has potential, these issues with freshness, hygiene, and customer service significantly detract from the overall experience. I hope they make the necessary changes to improve.“

“Quite a delightful place! Came in for Wei Ramen for lunch, happily left with donuts from Mochi Munchi. The lady at the counter was absolutely delightful.Even after a long ride back home, the donuts look so good and were very delicious. It's a nice pillowy texture and sweet without being too sweet. Pair it up with one of their milk teas or a coffee from the shop upstairs and you have an absolutely wonderful treat for the afternoon.“

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Ariana and Dalton (and all the bakers)!!! They came to my rescue, and made 2 dozen donuts for my son’s pre-k class last minute. I meant to call and place an order for 2+ days, but I just kept forgetting. It was after 8pm the night before my son’s birthday party at school that I realized I hadn’t placed an order yet. I desperately messaged Jack’s Facebook hoping they could save me, and oh my goodness they did!!! Ariana took my order at 9pm the night before, and the bakers the next morning made the donuts on time! My 5 year old and all his pre-k friends were ecstatic. We love your donuts and service, and that’s why we keep coming back! Thank you again!!!!“

Friendly staff, reasonable prices, has been a staple for us for a while. Also appreciate the gluten free donuts as well, maybe the only option in the county for GF donuts.“

“I've never had a bad experience in this location, but I must say the selection is not as good anymore. They run out of apple fritters too fast, there's not enough cake donuts, and for some reason they have a lot of donuts with nuts on top, which is a health hazard for some people. I don't know anyone who likes nuts atop their donuts, let alone several different types with nuts on top. It doesn't even look like they sell well, based on the amount on display. There are nowhere near enough cake donuts anymore, which I used to love. Jack's used to have the best cake donuts I've ever tasted, but alas I am denied that pleasure when I go now. Their donut holes could be better, and their yeast donuts are nothing too special. However, if you like filled donuts, you probably won't be disappointed. They have a great variety and I still prefer their filled donuts waaay over Dunkin'. As usual for Jack's Donuts the prices aren't too steep, if you can find what you're looking for. I love the people who work there. They're always very kind, and to be honest it's a big reason I'm still a customer. The facility is clean and welcoming as well. But I miss their old selection, especially the Death-Star-sized apple fritters and cake donuts.“

“My wife and I stopped in for a drink while we were visiting Indianapolis. We were staying nearby so it was a quick walk. We sat at the bar and Julian helped us. He was fantastic! The drinks were perfect and we had a delicious pepperoni pizza that hit the spot. I would definitely come back if we are ever back in Indy. Cool little spot!“

“A wide variety of donut styles and flavors offered. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed. We purchased a dozen tiger tail donut holes, a cereal donut and a cream cheese blueberry donut. The glazed and chocolate donut hole creation was delicious. The cereal donut was fluffy and crunchy with cereal topping in each bite. The cream cheese blueberry donut was a little more dense, with tasty blueberry filling. The cream cheese frosting provided a nice creaminess with each bite. Definitely worth stopping in for a few donuts for the road.“

“Don't get me wrong we like Jack's Donuts, who wouldn't! Unfortunately though when we went for the 1st and only 2nd time, we felt very rushed through the pick out process. Was very hard to pick out. People behind and around you picking out theirs. We just had never been there before. So, we were hoping to actually try something we hadn't or even see what was in the case we would like. We couldn't do so at all. It was very frustrating and the teens working there very much push you to either know what your ordering or make you feel stupid for not knowing. Both times it was a very difficult situation. I honestly don't know if we will go back. It's terrible no one has patients or cares to treat people with good customer service or respect. It's rush, rush, rush who cares about how it makes your customers feel.“

“I’ve gone to this Dunkin several times, and it’s by far the best one I’ve been to. The coffee is always the perfect level of sweetness and temperature. And the food is always hot and delicious. Service is snappy. And I can tell it’s 100% because of the employees. I really hope they retain all of them during renovations.“
