Controversial opinion; the fries are better now tbh.
Super appreciate the actual QUALITY gluten free bun sub. The owners care about making their food accessible to many people, not just carnivores with an iron stomach. Fyre is open late, which gives us second and third shifters a beautiful and delicious option for food during /after our shifts. It’s also just great to be able to get a dab down the street and walk down here and be able to smash food without any sense of shame around the fact that I’m stoned af and about to literally inhale these fries.
The space is much bigger now, as the new owners have remodeled/removed several walls in the front of the shop to create additional seating. A nice high bar in front of a sunny window sounds like workspace heaven at 11am.
They plan to do tons of events, as the space is fricken huge. All around very excited for the future of this space and ftsq!

“This is a nice coffee shop (and bake house) on College Avenue! Their latte had a very smooth texture and I ended up sipping on 2 cups. This is coming from an occasional latte drinker. Their pastries and bread are great too. They have a huge (!!) German chocolate cake slice that I’m looking forward to try. The atmosphere/ ambience is Ok-ish.

If you have a short meet up or want to explore coffee shops in the Indy area, I recommend visiting this place.“

“Solid food with a huge variety of options to please a large crowd or just if you need a good burger. Always made fresh and delivered quickly. The sidewinder fries are hands down the best delivery fries I have ever gotten. Don't sleep on their tenderloin either!“

“This Indianapolis born business continues to expand its brunchian dominance over the Indianapolis food landscape. This newest addition to their empire is perhaps the most aesthetically appealing inside. If you're familiar with the other locations, the menu is the same. The Stutz building has been very nicely renovated with mini cool places now on the ground floor. Think bottleworks vibes, kind of like the garage there. If you haven't been to the stutz since the renovation, getting some brunch at Patachou is a good excuse to check it out.

Vegetarian options: I recommend the broken yolk William style. William style is when it's on sourdough, the eggs are over medium, you add tomato and mayonnaise, and replace the arugula for fried breakfast potatoes. I'm actually trying to popularize this one and get the official name on the menu. So if you go there and order William style maybe that'll help and eventually they'll add it. You'll have to actually tell them the individual components because it's not an official item on the menu yet.“

“My husband stopped in and was greeted like an old time friend. The staff was inviting, friendly, and warm and gave recommendations and advice when my husband didn’t know what to order. What they didn’t know was that the night before, we were rushed to Peyton Manning children’s hospital for our daughter to have emergency surgery and our spirits were low and we were hanging on by a thread mentally for the past two days sick with worry for our daughter. Without knowing, they lifted his spirits and mood for the first time in days just by being so welcoming and friendly. No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted. “I stumbled on this place on my search for a quick lunch. This is NOT a quick lunch place! I ordered their 'special'- a pulled pork BBQ sandwich with onion straws and coleslaw. It was a great flavour combination that was well cooked. The portion size was "just right" for a lunch bite (you don't want a meal too heavy before returning to work, right?). The server recommended the fries which were AWESOME!!! If you are need a non-alcoholic beverage to accompany your meal, try their ginger beer... I regret not ordering one to go.

I intend to eat at this restaurant again and try one of their signature burgers. I will update my review then.“

“What a great offering of fresh, delicious, mouth watering goods!
Their sour cream biscuits are amazing, soft inside, crunchy on the outside. I am already dreaming of tomorrow’s breakfast, just some warm butter and ham on these… what a treat!
Their cookies are simply delicious, always fresh. Our favorites: salted chocolate chip and oatmeal maple pecan.
Their food is great, but their customer service is even better! I was just visiting Indy for the weekend and reached out to place an order, as I was badly craving their cookies, not realizing they would be closed today. Jenna picked up my call and even though the bakery was closed to the public, she actually offered to get my order ready. You definitely made my day, thank you so much Jenna!“

“Hadn't been to Bazbeaux in quite a while. We decided to eat here on the way to an event at IU Indy and wanted to avoid the Taylor Swift crowds downtown. All three of us loved our pizzas and we all got something different. I would highly recommend the Mexican pizza. A 10" is enough to fill you up and have some to take home. The garlic cheese bread was incredibly good. Will definitely return in the future.

Parking: There's a lot outside. It was pretty full but we did manage to find a space our first trip through the lot.“

Pictured is the tofu and vegetable Pho (the bowl is larger than it appears in my photo angle), plus hot tea. On previous visits I enjoyed the boba fruit smoothies and spring rolls. (Lychee is my new favorite boba tea flavor, gotta try them all lol.)“

We had a pizza that we were not happy with and Tony went out of his way to make things right. He personally greeted us and even made our pizza. It was perfect. UPDATE:If Tony isn't there...leave. Last 3 orders have all been meh. The young light skin guy is nice but be majes a terrible pie. The young lady with the tattoos, super nice...makes a crap pie. Make sure Tony is there and I give them a 5,but the young/evening crew...zero.“
