“I am not usually inclined to leave a review, but I feel as tonight's visit warrants a call out. As a parent that has a child with a gluten allergy we know the struggles of finding places out to eat. We have had Azzip a few times, but have always ordered ahead of time online then drove to the store to pick it up. This evening, we found ourselves out on errands and in the area and decided Azzip had been a safe choice in the past so we made our way there. The store was not busy, but there people ahead of us and behind us and I felt the protocol followed didn't slow the process terribly but I want to commend the staff for taking it seriously. What I witnessed: 2 people working the line making the pizza on the "ingredients" side of the oven. my kid informed them of the gluten free need and they asked if it was preference or allergy. my kid informed them of allergy. they cleared the line of the previous pizza being made once cleared, they stripped their gloves and cleaned the work space and the sauce bottle my kid wanted on their pizza a cooking mat from a separate area was produced and the cauliflower crust requested was added all the toppings requested were added then the pizza was placed in the oven. there was communication to the receiving team member that an allergen pizza was coming afterwards, my other kid and my pizza were started only after the 1st was placed in the oven. after the gluten free pizza came out of the oven, I noticed the cutting instrument was different than what was used for the other pizzas we ordered. Our experiences thus far is many people don't understand what Celiac disease is and how gluten can harm the body of those affected. It is more than just the ingredients consumed; cross contamination is the true problem. Seeing the team execute the procedure with care warmed my heart as I know it takes a lot of effort to create the process, then train to it and then to follow it. My appreciation to the team! We will definitely be back!“

“Ordered two pizzas and a salad last night through DoorDash. I hadn’t tried Azzip or even heard of it yet but the specialty pizzas looked interesting so I gave it a shot. Wow. Azzip is going on my list of favorite pizza 💯 I tried the Smokehouse MacDaddy and CBR square. Flavor explosion and perfect crust on both! I also tried the house ranch dressing and it was top notch. I need a bottle of it! I rarely leave reviews but had to say something about this pizza!“

“I loved the food and service. We had the Clobster cakes which were so fresh and delish. The greenery that looked liked decor was actually a delicious salad. We continued with the Firecracker pasta with salmon and lobster. So much meat. Everything was seasoned to perfection. I was quite impressed and will be back.“

Furthermore, when we first arrived and were being shown to our table, she was eating; I would assume employees should have a designated break time or something similar for meals, rather than eating during work hours.“

We had a party of 25+ people that we needed to reserve a room for an after engagement dinner and everyone we spoke with on the phone and at the restaurant were super helpful and accommodating. We have been customers for years and this was our first time having something this big. Hats off to all who were involved and making all of us feel so welcomed. They even gave the engagement couple a card signed by all the staff…..who does that anymore?? We are big on great customer service and it’s rare to find these days. That kind of cooking you can feel, not just taste. 🤤 I ordered the Savannah Heat wings with season on top of the fries, and it was a straight 10/10. 🔥 The wings were fresh, hot, perfectly cooked, and seasoned to perfection. They weren’t overly sauced or soggy, just the right balance of juiciness, tenderness, and flavor. Every bite hit exactly how it was supposed to. Not only that, I also got their chicken & waffle sandwich, and I had to try it with the Savannah Heat flavor again. “We love coming here, but we just notice when we come with all my family we are like 10 and they notice we speak Spanish they send a server that speaks Spanish..we also know English we don’t need a translator and I wouldn’t be making this if it didn’t bother me that said servers make faces at us we never asked for a server that knows Spanish to serve us. They make faces at us or we hear them complain 1st of all we never asked for you don’t gloat yourself when we don’t even need you. next time you see a Hispanic looking family don’t send someone that speaks Spanish unless they asked for them. Also we always leave a good tip this last time this happened the person didn’t even do a job didn’t comeback to give refills or even bread we saw other tables getting a lot of bread we always give good tip if you do a good job when we get a white or black server they always do a good not thinking we won’t tip because we are Hispanic I know that stereotype that we don’t give tip.
Also I almost forgot this server was so bad somebody else came to ask us if someone was already helping us took time to come and take our order.“

“We ordered CFA for our son’s graduation party but when my husband went to pick it up, he drove off with the food—not realizing they were still bringing out another bag! A super nice woman from the store immediately called me to let me know and said she’d send a driver to personally deliver the forgotten tray of nuggets to our home in Brownsburg. Often driving by he’s been asking to go and see the trains, I haven’t dined in, in many years usually just doing carry out. So I was honestly not even sure how much effort they still put into the whole train tracks, tvs in booths, etc. these days. I was very impressed by everything! The service, the family atmosphere, the effort they put in for the kids to see the drinks come around. They would even send different toys and “riders” around on the trains from time to time from the kitchen when they didn’t have drinks to deliver that got him super excited. I thought it was just little things like that they should be recognized for. Obviously beyond all this the food was excellent. The kids pizza meal was a great value for a pizza, bag of chips, and a drink.“
