“Out of years of service at Starbucks I wrote bad review but never a good one till now holly the barista of 30 was the sweetest nicest thing I have ever encountered at a Starbucks normally when they get ur order wrong they rolls there eyes when u ask to fix it im sure every customer has experienced this but holly was so nice I told her she can scrape the whip cream off the top what the laziest does but she was like it’s ok there whip at the bottom it’s no problem it will only take a second to remake like what are u sure u realize where ur working never have i ever got this level of service holly thank you you definitely made my day“

“Very friendly and helpful staff make this a wonderful place to spend the day working. Firm tables with hardwood tops and no wobbles and comfortable seating doesn't go awry either.
The food and drinks are Starbucks, so it's of course just that, but it's well prepared and the staff get the balance right on your drinks.

Parking: Parking runs along the side of and behind the building. If the parking along the side runs out, you'll have to walk a bit to get to the entrance at the front of the building, but that's a rare case.“

“This place is on the Goshen College campus and isn't accessible all open hours cause ya have to have an ID to enter the place and that's totally acceptable. The only downside is that this is the best place I've gotten a latte in Goshen & I've been to pretty much all of the other local and national coffee places. Loved your coffee ☕ ❤️“

“Fine version of the line of coffee bars. This one has great location across from the lovely sculpture park and offering sidewalk seating options. The dining area is large, but half empty due to social distancing constraints and therefore now feels a bit disjointed.Probably ND students working the counter and these girls were great, offering to remake any other drink if I didn't enjoy the new iced chocolate almond milk that I ordered. It was great and I didn't take them up on it, but the gesture was lovely.“

“Very unorganized waited 10 minutes for sugar one of the staff just said we dont have it but another went and got it. Normally not bad service but lately there is a new staff and most of the time they seem lost looks like more training is needed“

“Love this Starbucks never have had a problem with it. Always make my drink's correct only problem is that they are always UNDER STAFFED. So there might be a line. I would be waiting in line just watching a poor boy handling 6+ drinks by himself. Other than that no problem with it just need to hire more baristas.“
