This used to be our favorite go to, but lately it has been lacking. The food is either unavailable or is sub par. When I went in to pick up our order the food prep area was a mess. The dining area was not much better. Both areas had significant amounts of food and trash on the floor. Both of which are a safety hazard to the workers and guests. I also noticed that some of the staff were standing around when they could have been cleaning.
First time enjoying this Panda Express. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. We needed a moment to decide but as soon as we we're ready we we're assisted promptly. I had a few questions and every question was answered clearly. Food was good as it's fresh. I will be going

We walked over from our hotel to carry out food. The lobby was advertised to be open until 8:30 and it was 8:15. There were several people working. We entered as someone was leaving and asked if we could order and carry out. A very nice worker stated we could, but the lobby was closed. While ordering, the other employees complained that we were in there and why hadn't someone locked the doors. Then they loudly complained about other customers letting us in.
