“Beautiful, spacious modern decor. Impressed by the esthetic from the moment of entering. Food was excellent. Got the baby beet salad. Very good, but I think the beets (fewer perhaps) should’ve been chopped into smaller pieces with more strawberries and greenery. Very filling. I had the roasted eggplant for my entree. Wonderfully seasoned, served over a bed of white rice. I would definitely get it again. My desert choice was the blueberry cheesecake. Scrumptious! The staff was very friendly and efficient. Will definitely go back. Nice outdoor patio area as well. Thumbs up!“

“This past Sunday, a group of 19 from various parts of IN and MI, gathered to celebrate a family members 60th birthday. Cloverleaf was amazing in many ways as we took over the back of the restaurant. A team served everyone’s fresh food at the same time. Customer service was so awesome and the food was yummy also.“

“The restaurant was full of veterans (we are not) taking advantage of a free meal offered by Applebees on Veterans Day. The staff handled the rush efficiently, working as a team to take care of everyone. Our waiter was friendly, efficient and did a great job. The burgers were great, fries hot and the 4 of us were happy enough to all say “we will be back”!

“My daughter suggested we go to breakfast at Scenic View since she really liked it when she visited previously. I was not disappointed! I knew the weather was going to be nice and they have limited seating, so I made reservations the evening before. I made them for an inside table, but we were able to change it to outside when we talked to the hostess. I didn’t want to take the risk of reserving an outside table in case the weather turned. We ended up getting a table with a really good view. The classic eggs Benedict was delicious. I will definitely be going back there!“

“Typically I go to the Crazy Horse for lunch and get the half soup/ half sandwich combo. The 2 soups rotate and while it doesn't fill the void ledt by Darn Good Soup it is a reasonable option as the soups are pretty solid.

A few highlights besides the soup are a solid bourbon offering at the bar, the best fried mozzarella sticks in town since Opie Taylors closed. Marks Cuban their take on a Cuban sandwich is tasty, the Shrimp Po Boy (pictured) is solid and they have a good pork tenderloin sandwhich which is of course an Indiana staple.

Overall the menu is has a good offering of shareables, bar food, salads and sandwhiches its a pretty vintage old bar and since Irish Lion closed one of the few long time fixtures on the square still standing.“

All in all very good service food was prepared and brought to me in a very timely manner. Compared to other places I've been lately and other servers I've had Joshua is definitely an S tier server on my tier list of bloomington hospitality servers I've encountered.“

The second time the server seemed to try to get us in and out and unable to provide further explanation of the drinks when asked. Also they automatically add 20% gratuity even with only a table of two which the first server let us know and the second server was hoping we didn’t notice.“

“We had an amazing experience tonight at the Bloomington Chili’s . Even though they were swamped and very short staffed, every single person that was working tonight handled it with grace and a smile. Our amazing, sweet server Morgan was the best. She was serving one half of the restaurant alone with her food runners and they were like a well oiled machine. Morgan had a difficult table whom we watched her deal with, with a smile. So hats off to hard workers who show up and who are happy to work hard. WAY to go Morgan! I hope she made a lot of large tips for her efforts! Give that girl a raise!“

“Had such a great experience at IHOP in Bloomington! The food came out fresh, fast, and perfectly cooked, but what really made the visit stand out was our server, Kyra. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed the moment we sat down. Drinks stayed full, she checked in without hovering, and she had such an upbeat attitude that it brightened the whole meal.

You can tell she cares about her customers, and it made the visit more memorable than just breakfast. If you go, definitely ask for Kyra — she’s the kind of server who turns a simple meal into a great experience. I’ll absolutely be coming back!“
