“As someone who doesn’t like coffee or chocolate, that typically limits my “fun” drinks at local coffee shops—not the case at Modoc’s! I love their creative Lotus drinks and enjoy that they play with various matcha and chai flavor pairings. Their homemade goodies are tasty as well. A popular place for good drinks, local history, and a friendly atmosphere. You’ve got to check out their stellar rotating window decorations, too!“

“Expect to be "violated" while paying for your fix. Every product I have tried is very good. However, when two birthday cake balls and two caramel frappes cost twenty-five dollars, I don't stop often.The staff is always very friendly and the service is quick.

Parking: Very limited parking. About five maybe 6 spots.“

“The workers are not always the best but usually the food comes out hot and decent. Their McCafé coffee drinks are a hit or miss depending on who makes them. Clean inside for the most part except drink area isn’t always.

Kid-friendliness: Happy Meal/toys and food that most kids like.“
