Despite the long line and our complicated order (plus the chaos of my kids constantly changing their minds), Jake handled everything with ease and professionalism.

He was patient, confident, and incredibly knowledgeable, even helping us customize our order to fit specific dietary needs. Jake answered all our questions without hesitation and made us feel completely taken care of. This isn’t the first time he’s helped us either—and every single time, not one item has been forgotten or incorrect.

“We went on August 4th during the last hour, and they handed out the wrong order to someone (the order really being ours), but the way the man at the window handled it was amazing, he swiftly made our food again with no problem, coming from food service I know how irritating that could be especially 30 mins before close, but he was so sweet and even added two brownies for us! Not only that but as we were pulling out he ran out to hand us Mac a cheese that was forget, he was amazing!! Definitely deserves a raise!!“

“Picture this: Dec 31st, 9:58 pm. We were hungryyy… other 2 restaurants already kindly rejected us service ( understandably so). But here it is, KFC, not our first choice for different reasons. Went there with low expectations and OMG, the sweetest and most helpful voice came out of the drive-thru speaker. They went above and beyond and the food was FRESH and delicious. They were literally life savers. I’m really sorry I didn’t catch the name of the lady that served us but the owner can figure that out. She was amazing. We loved it! Thank you!!!“

“Usually have no issues at this location. Odd thing happened today, I ordered a spicy sandwich, and got a normal one. No big deal, just went in and told the girl at the counter. This is the first time I’ve ever been to a Chick-fil-A where they didn’t just give you the new item, they took the mess up and threw it in the trash?? Very wasteful, if it is going to be thrown away just let us keep it.“

“Having been a customer of Hollyhock Hill for over 30 years, I can easily say that the current ownership has turned it into the worst restaurant in Indianapolis. You can get better food, more of it and better service at Wheeler Mission or the worst Churches Chicken in the city. We will never, ever return.“

“Try the new Chicken Mini's w/ mayo or sweet siracha sauce. Classic chicken sandwich with mayo is always soooo good 👍. The sausage egg and cheese muffin is better than McDonald's any day if you want a real piece of sausage w/ some kick to it.

“This place was awesome. I placed an Uber Eats for 8:40PM but didn't arrive until 9:03PM, which was a few minutes after their closing time. They left the door unlocked and when I showed up, they still gave me my order, which was tucked away safely under the counter. The person at the front counter was cleaning and was friendly and actually smiled. Highly appreciate that they didn't lock up early as I have definitely been to other to go places that lock up 15 minutes prior to closing so that they can leave earlier.

I tried their spicy sandwich and their chicken tenders. The crispy deep fried shell was oily, fatty and delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked being moist, tender and full of flavor. You can technically order two tenders and make your own budget spicy sandwich if you have buns, pickles and coke slaw at home. The sandwich was too heavy on sauce and was oozing spicy oil so I removed some but it was still delicious. Highly recommended and I will definitely return.“

“I have autism and some textures are weird to me, so when you discontinued the turkey pesto I stopped coming because I can't tolerate the texture of the rest of the menu. The only reason this review got this score is because the person I came in to get food for was super happy and the staff was amazing. The fruit cup that I recieved did look really good though.“

“I have resisted going to this chain because of their business practices, but my girl does eat it so guess what, yes I went.I have to admit I liked the food and it is reasonably priced.I just wish their stance on a few things would be more reasonable and I would go there more often.

My favorite is the Chicken Melt with the Classic style chicken salad on a crescent, and a fresh cup of fruit.
Always made fresh and delicious.
They also have the best egg salad sandwich!

“The young men working the lunch shift today had the best customer service. I was acknowledged when I walked in the store and again at the counter. My order came quickly and I was checked on a bit later to see if everything was ok. Finished plate was picked up by staff. I noticed the same service for all customers.

“My wife and I have noticed since Julie has started working at this location everything has improved. Her customer service skills are outstanding and she has a great attitude. The restaurant is clean, food is fresh and she makes sure that my order is correct and we have all of the utensils and condiments that we need. She always greets us with a big smile and a hello, we have been coming to the KFC for awhile now and the experience gets better every time. Thank you so much Julie for always making my wife and I feel welcomed and we will keep coming back just because of your great work.“

“I frequently visit this location because of the outstanding customer service skills of Ms. Phyllis. She is very friendly and makes sure that my order is correct and fresh. She makes sure that the line and wait time is not long. The way she directs the staff is very efficient and she is always on top of her business. She has a smile that lights up the entire business.
