“For the last few years this Dairy Queen has been terrible. They never give a good amount of toppings on the ice cream every other dairy queen piles it on. But finally the last few times I have gone it's back to how it should be! Idk if there is a new owner or the owner finally read the reviews but hopefully this continues been a customer here my whole life and it's been a shame to see how it's been the last few years.“

“Today my husband and I dropped by the Westville location to order some burgers for our dogs last meal. There was a cashier I believe named Trenton. This young man was a ray of light on one of our family's darkest days. While my husband was ordering he could notice that something was off. This young man asked if he was okay and my husband proceeded to tell him how we were on our way to put one of our four legged family members to sleep. This amazing young man then told my husband that he knows how hard that can be and that he just too put one of his animals to sleep. He then handed my husband a $25 gift card for McDonald's that he paid for with his own hard worked money. This man is an asset to the McDonald's team and a glimmer of hope in an often cruel world. Whoever raised this young man, I applaud you. You did one heck of a job and he will do great things for this world.“

“My girlfriend and I went to dinner at Scoop's tonight. We had barely started eating our food when we noticed a couple of the very young waitresses talking poorly about an older couple that had just left. They were making rude comments about the way they smelled, laughing and joking about the couple while the waitresses were on the floor and in clear earshot of more than just our table. We were so disgusted with the behavior and immaturity of the two waitresses, we reported the behavior to the manager on duty, who did nothing but laugh and joke with them. My girlfriend and I were so offended we asked for to go boxes, paid our bill, and left. As we were leaving one of the waitresses in question was whispering and pointing at us with another waitress. The maturity level of the staff tonight was incredible. I have seen preschoolers with better behavior. I do not recommend this branch if this behavior continues, however, FB will not let you say you did not recommend.“

“We went for valentines dinner . Everything was great except for our dinner had way to much gravy and the flavor was very different. I had the new York strip with mashed potatoes . Service was a little slow as well. Ordered a drink and didn’t get it until we were ready to go. Dessert was cake that was left open our whole visit and when we got it , it was very dry .if you wanna pay that much and have better service and food go to figs and fables .“

“Went today for lunch and was very impressed with the food. Signed up with the app and got a free appetizer. Manager came over and offered complimentary fries and a coupon for another free appetizer our next visit! Waitress took care of us well. Only problem we had was it stank in the restaurant…. lol
Stank like a bad dookie or a clogged drain in the back. Would’ve been 5 stars but it was a bit stinky.“

“This was a 5 minute stop but was well worth it! It's the cleanest burger king I've ever been to, and you can tell that both the owners and the staff have an attention to detail and care about the place they have. I just got a large fry, and it was great!!“

“I live nearby this Culver’s and visit it frequently. I also walk around the neighborhood with my dog and pass in front of the store almost daily. When it snows they never shovel the sidewalk that runs parallel to LaPorte Avenue. This is annoying and dangerous. It’s a tiny strip of walk between two businesses to the east and 1st Source Bank to the west, all of which keep their sidewalks cleared of ice and snow. I suggest and hope that for the safety of pedestrians Culver’s management addresses this potentially serious issue. Thank you.“

“I really enjoyed eating here with my husband. Service with a friendly smile! That makes your meal time happy. The decor makes your stay comfortable. They have a wonderful variety of food drink options. The sandwiches are excellent and you get a huge amount of fries. I definitely recommend Five Guys.“

“Employees were very happy and talkative. Really nice atmosphere and we loved our deluxe chicken sliders. Hot and delicious. Will try to visit again on our way through. It may be fast food, but these people sure do love what they do. You could feel the love and quality they put into their food. Awesome, especially as a fast food chain!“

“I want to give a shout out to Alicia S. At this location. 8:30 on a Friday night I pulled through after driving 12 hours. Just wanted a hot meal before I checked into a hotel to crash. Food took a good 20 min. Opened it up at the hotel and while the order on the receipt was correct the food was Not! A completely different meal in which 1/2 I couldn’t eat. I called and spoke with Alicia, she did her best to give me a solution and I was so tired I didn’t want to leave the hotel and I hung up. She called me back 5 min later and offered certificates for a meal and a shake for any location and even offered to meet me at 7am as I was leaving early to drive all day again. She was there as promised and apologized again. I also apologized for hanging up on her 😉 She went above and beyond and I feel should be recognized for it. Way to go Alicia! Thank you! 👏🏻🤗“
