For the first time in it was a great experience good food fast service and very clean
It's been several years since I've tried Potbelly and I wasn't impressed before. We decided to try it again and wow, what a difference! Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. Kids loved it, too. We will definitely be frequent visitors!
Food is generally ok here but have to comment on the poor service from the gentleman making the sandwiches. He just starred at me and never said one word, then he proceeded to be very rude to another customer that came in asking about a particular food item being available or not.
