“We love the wings but we just found out the original sauce has been replaced. The new sauce is not the same and not good. It’s actually a strange color and only tastes of butter. It is pretty unsavory. Bring back the original sauce. Your company likely relies on this sauce for success. These wings have always had the original hot sauce. Not a good decision to change this recipe. I’m pretty sure the original sauce was the reason for the wing success of Hooters. Our service was amazing and the beer was cold. Just please don’t change the sauce.“

“There are two times in my life where I haven't left a tip and 11/11/25was one of them. I and two of my co-workers and 3 of my special needs.Clients went to tailgaters for lunch. They were busy which was fine. My co-worker asked if they could wipe off a table for us.The waitress response was as soon as we can. My clients were well behaved and didn't cause any trouble. Later, the waitress came to our table and asked to take our order One of my clients was playing with the menu and laughing?She proceeded to put her hand on the menu and said enough of that.I already have a crying baby.Because there was a baby crying at another table. the waitress was very disrespectful and down right mean to us. she walked by her table several times did not stop to check on us , did not refill drinks and didn't even acknowledge that we were even there. It took forever to get our tickets and once we got our tickets.My co worker said we're ready to pay but the waitress proceeded to leave the table anyway. so we had to wait even longer for her to come back and take our tickets. We told another co-worker when we got back to the facility about what happened.He was upset and called the store. but our luck, the waitress who waited on us happened to be the manager and the owner.But we're wondering if that's even true. We were downright ignored and disrespected. I understand how frustrating it is work busy and shorthanded but that is no reason to be downright mean. We will not back. My agency had Tailgators on the schedule once a month but since this horrid waitress made us feel unwelcome and treated us like an inconvenience we will not be returning. A person shows their true character by how they treat the vulnerable.“

“The place was great. We ordered over 30 wings (bone in) and none were left. You can order them completely naked, as they say; I think they feel extra crispy that way. You can order your sauces on the side.

Dietary restrictions: If you're on keto or carnivore diet, I am on neither, but my friend is, order them completely naked, and you'll be ok.“

“My 2nd experience. A friend & I went to dinner last night. I ordered the ribs with fries. The ribs were delicious. They were served warm. Perfect temp to eat. The fries were old. They were hard. They were a big disappointment. I was so looking forward to some hot fresh French fries. Kind of ruined my dinner since I did not have anything else to eat with my ribs. I left them. So basically just ate my ribs.

Applebees made it right by sending me an e-gift card. I appreciate it. I will return and try again.

My first experience. I had such a wonderful experience. My food was fresh & it was all the correct temperature. I had the French onion soup, Asian sweet chili boneless wings & the chicken wonton tacos. I’m still craving the tacos. It was all delicious.

My service was awesome too.

It surely makes up for a horrible experience I recently had at a different restaurant.“

“Had lunch after the Veterans Parade today and was great. Owner is very Veteran friendly as he is one as well. His staff is awesome and very friendly. Gizzards and sweet potato fries are great. Can’t wait to go back and try his BBQ. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning soon.“

“A great place to watch sports. Don the manager runs a great crew, and is a class act manager. It was very busy, so our server was all over the place, but did an ok job. The food was just average, but this type of place isn't known for 5 star food, but rather a place for its environment great selection in games, and an overall fun place to hangout and have a few drinks with friends. I will say the Topeka Location is much better than most BWW I've been too.“
