I did a mobile ordered tonight for a small chocolate trick or treat blast a small peanut butter shake and a large ordered of cheddar peppers we go to pick it up thru drive thru and The lady on head set rudely tells us they have no online order and they with a attitude says are you sure its the right location we said yes it says abilene kansas on Buckeye she says well we dont have anything so we said fine we will complain on app so i did i didnt receive any of my food they refused...read full review
The lady read order back and it was correct but we got to the window she didn’t have two of the drinks on it and half of the food,none of the sauces and was rude about it. My son’s ice cream always comes with whipped topping and cherries but I ask anyway to make sure. It didn’t have any whipped topping and cherries so I asked her about it and she said we don’t normally do that unless you ask. The weekday morning manager loves to make snide remarks about my orders. It is so frustrating that an order with extra ice could be so difficult for the manager, but an easy thing to understand for the girl working in the window. The snide remarks coming from the manager can be heard through the window. Bad, bad, management. She needs to be replaced and maybe they would have more morning business.
