“Just wanted to give a shout out thanks to Andrea and the crew working tonight. The lid popped off my shake as I was putting it in my cup holder and Andrea immediately said they could remake it for me. She ran in to start the remake and brought me a ton of napkins so I could clean up my mess. Thanks so much, Andrea! 🙂“

“Usually I like Dairy Queen, however, today I do not. Around noon (no customers in the store), I ordered (to go) 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers, 2 fries, 2 ice cream cupcakes. It was not until I got home that I realized I was 1 Bacon Cheeseburger short. I am not happy! Not sure I will go back to this location even though it is the most convenient for me.“

So I stopped by Spangles (Andover) for dinner. #10, as usual. The young man at the window, Micol, decided that it was a good choice to fake an overdramatic need to sneeze while at the window. I was in a mask because I am immunocompromised. Not only did I not find it funny, I found it so profoundly unnecessary and disrespectful.
Spangles just lost a customer, and Micol is the reason. Do better, Micol. In a time where immunocompromised people are doing their very best to safely exist in public spaces, people like you make it harder and less safe for us. I hope it was worth it, trying to get a rise out of me or a chuckle out of the kitchen. Your parents must be very proud.
Anyway, Spangles, please use this as a learning opportunity for Micol and anyone else who may not be aware that this sort of behavior is unprofessional, rude, and isn't helping to retain customers.
I won't be coming back. Please use all of my points to help cover meals for others. ✌️“
