“We took a group of 12 on a Saturday at lunch and they were very accommodating. Our waiter was very friendly and efficient. The tableside guacamole was delicious. Everyone was very happy with their food. We would recommend Rio for a group, or anytime for a great meal 🙌🏻“

“Placed my order online, and added extra ingredients to make my items special for me. Went through the drive-thru and gave my name, and went to the windo to pick it up. It would be a mess to try to check inside the wrappers to see if my add-ons were there, in my car, so I am at home when I notice the sauce packets were incorrect, taco food was falling out of the wrappers and into the bag, and one item was missing the add-on lettuce. Not worth driving back for, but sometimes I think when you are face to face with the crew working, they take better care of your order.“

“Love, love, love Poblanos. I've been eating their fabulous rice bowls since they had their first location on W. Central many years ago. I'm sure the rest of their food is excellent too, but I love, love, love their rice bowls and choice of ingredients - white or brown rice, beef (or chicken or other protein), sauteed veggies, cheese, cilantro, black olives, peppers and choice of 5 salsas varying in heat level (i choose the middle one which has a little heat but not too much.) . Be sure to have them put lots of extra broth from the meat on your bowl. I had a rice bowl at Fuzzy's the other day and it doesn't come close to the delicious rice bowls at Poblanos. I'd never order one of theirs again.“

“I would classify this as more of a Tex-Mex style restaurant but having said that, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors!

The salsa is served mild and hot but the hot is more of a mild-medium. Ask for the spicy one made with jalapeños. It was fantastic and you will not be disappointed!!

Hubby ordered the burritos and they are served with a very delightful queso sauce ontop. Beef and chicken - both were great.

I had the sopes and although the chile verde was quite flavorful, the masa was super hard around the edges which were too hard to even cut with the steak knife (really!) Once I removed the outter ring the rest of the cake was fine and had great flavor.

Our server was kind. There was no wait for a table which I did find unusual for a Friday night. I was not complaining at all though - speedy service is great when a restaurant isn’t slammed. lol

Overall, I’d give it a whirl again and maybe try something new next time.“

“Went through the drive through; I ordered the shredded beef chimichangas. I loved the crispiness of the tortilla. I was hoping there would be more meat, but I did like the refried beans, peppers and onions on the inside. The rice, beans and lettuce on the side were fresh. Would definitely try this place again!“

“My sweetie pie works at McConnell and stops thru Alejandros for lunch on occasion. I've not yet tried it til today. He brought me home a rellano dinner. If you know me, I'm like Rainman when it comes to ordering food at different restaurants. I rarely deviate. At a Mexican restaurant, I order a pablano, or rellano. At a restaurant that serves a French Dip, I order a French Dip. Okay so, the rellano was so very delicioso. I eagerly await our next visit. 😋“

“One of my favorites since mid 90’s love the food, service and atmosphere. Very cool place to visit I highly recommend it, many great dishes to try my big time favorite it’s the ranchero steak, can’t go wrong with that. Enjoy!“

“They were very friendly! They were very attentive to the customers there. The food was very good. I ordered tacos de carné al pastor. Very filling tacos are the perfect size! My boyfriend got a torta and he loved it! He says it was Delicious one of the best he has had eating out. We will definitely be going there again!“

“The food tasted GREAT! Perfectly cooked fajitas. They’re the best I’ve had in years. Guacamole was excellent.
However, we ordered COMBO fajitas with grilled shrimp chicken and steak. NOT TRIO with shrimp wrapped in bacon.
They brought the DEL TRIO instead.
We asked them to bring the grilled shrimp and got an attitude by the manager. She was supposed to put the order in….which took 15 + mins. By then everything else was cold.
My advice would be to make sure your customers are happy. Listen carefully to their order.
They ended up charging us for the Del Trio which we did not want and didn’t like the bacon wrapped shrimp. $20.99 AND for a side of grilled shrimp $5.99.
Other than this…. The food was great.“

“Went in for a late dinner to give it a shot. It was 945pm on a Tuesday and ordered chicken enchiladas, a beef taco salad, some nacho chips, and flautas. The food was done on time and accurately, I would highly recommend it since it's 24/7 and cheaper than most places nearby serving the same things. It was much better than I was expecting, in every way. They even have a rather nice little bar setup for booze.

Edit: I have been back multiple times at various hours and I would definitely recommend the bacon breakfast burrito as well. It's huge and the bacon never seems to be chewy.“

“These workers a diligent, under a very fast atmosphere, to keep the food cooked and the front supplied. They do a great job of team work to accomplish this. The front end team are kind, patient and diligent to keep up with a very fast pace and popular spot. They try very hard to keep the dinning area clean with the high influx of customers. Sometimes they get stormed with crowds and some things slip a little but they are only human! This is my favorite Chipotle Restaurant. Give them a try.“

“Chips seemed stale, or just tasted funny. Good wasn't quite as good as I've had before. I've been to Carlos O'Kelly's many times, usually at a different location. This is the first time I can remember that it wasn't a good experience. Maybe it was just an off night, or a bad batch of chips.“

“The tacos were so good. However, the tortillas that they used, we're falling apart before I could even pick them up, because of the juices from the shrimp and whatever else they put on there. But I just grabbed a fork and ate it, and it was good“

“For the price you can’t find a better deal. If you’re in a rush for lunch, this place is quick. I waited less than 5min, and I went at noon. The only complaint is this location goes light on the meat as compared to other taco shops. I personally like the one on West street. All of the items are reasonably priced, the tacos are my favorite.“
