“We took a group of 12 on a Saturday at lunch and they were very accommodating. Our waiter was very friendly and efficient. The tableside guacamole was delicious. Everyone was very happy with their food. We would recommend Rio for a group, or anytime for a great meal 🙌🏻“

“Placed my order online, and added extra ingredients to make my items special for me. Went through the drive-thru and gave my name, and went to the windo to pick it up. It would be a mess to try to check inside the wrappers to see if my add-ons were there, in my car, so I am at home when I notice the sauce packets were incorrect, taco food was falling out of the wrappers and into the bag, and one item was missing the add-on lettuce. Not worth driving back for, but sometimes I think when you are face to face with the crew working, they take better care of your order.“

“Love, love, love Poblanos. I've been eating their fabulous rice bowls since they had their first location on W. Central many years ago. I'm sure the rest of their food is excellent too, but I love, love, love their rice bowls and choice of ingredients - white or brown rice, beef (or chicken or other protein), sauteed veggies, cheese, cilantro, black olives, peppers and choice of 5 salsas varying in heat level (i choose the middle one which has a little heat but not too much.) . Be sure to have them put lots of extra broth from the meat on your bowl. I had a rice bowl at Fuzzy's the other day and it doesn't come close to the delicious rice bowls at Poblanos. I'd never order one of theirs again.“

“I would classify this as more of a Tex-Mex style restaurant but having said that, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors!

The salsa is served mild and hot but the hot is more of a mild-medium. Ask for the spicy one made with jalapeños. It was fantastic and you will not be disappointed!!

Hubby ordered the burritos and they are served with a very delightful queso sauce ontop. Beef and chicken - both were great.

I had the sopes and although the chile verde was quite flavorful, the masa was super hard around the edges which were too hard to even cut with the steak knife (really!) Once I removed the outter ring the rest of the cake was fine and had great flavor.

Our server was kind. There was no wait for a table which I did find unusual for a Friday night. I was not complaining at all though - speedy service is great when a restaurant isn’t slammed. lol

Overall, I’d give it a whirl again and maybe try something new next time.“

“The food is fresh and authentic. I am not sure about the ugly plexiglass covid shield at the front where we order. It is unsightly, but I can understand the staff probably is tired of catching colds and flu from people who do t have common sense to stay home when they are sick. Not pretty inside but clean. Very tasty good for sure.“

“They were very friendly! They were very attentive to the customers there. The food was very good. I ordered tacos de carné al pastor. Very filling tacos are the perfect size! My boyfriend got a torta and he loved it! He says it was Delicious one of the best he has had eating out. We will definitely be going there again!“
