“The food is authentic and delicious. Service is with a smile, polite and delivered hot and fresh. It's not a chain with premeasured portions cooked identical by a line cook. They are willing to customize to your preferences. We have ways been completely satisfied with everything we have tried. If you're expecting flashy high end, this is not your spot. If you want a casual dining space with delicious food and great service, this is definitely the place to go. I highly recommend the Margarita Swirl and Street Tacos.“

“Placed my order online, and added extra ingredients to make my items special for me. Went through the drive-thru and gave my name, and went to the windo to pick it up. It would be a mess to try to check inside the wrappers to see if my add-ons were there, in my car, so I am at home when I notice the sauce packets were incorrect, taco food was falling out of the wrappers and into the bag, and one item was missing the add-on lettuce. Not worth driving back for, but sometimes I think when you are face to face with the crew working, they take better care of your order.“

“Love, love, love Poblanos. I've been eating their fabulous rice bowls since they had their first location on W. Central many years ago. I'm sure the rest of their food is excellent too, but I love, love, love their rice bowls and choice of ingredients - white or brown rice, beef (or chicken or other protein), sauteed veggies, cheese, cilantro, black olives, peppers and choice of 5 salsas varying in heat level (i choose the middle one which has a little heat but not too much.) . Be sure to have them put lots of extra broth from the meat on your bowl. I had a rice bowl at Fuzzy's the other day and it doesn't come close to the delicious rice bowls at Poblanos. I'd never order one of theirs again.“

My boyfriend got a torta and he loved it! He says it was Delicious one of the best he has had eating out. We will definitely be going there again!“

“Ordered two bacon breakfast burritos on the morning of 7/30/24 - wow, they were AWESOME. We came here to El Gordo after seeing the disgusting food being served for breakfast at the Staybridge Suites - life is too short to eat such garbage, LOL - El Gordo was just a couple minutes down the road, easy to order, and 1,000 times better. One of the best breakfast burritos we have ever had, too.

“I've been going to this place for a long long time. And when I was 10 years old I went to the original family restaurant on west Central in Wichita Kansas. I'm 64 now and it's always been a pleasure to come here to eat. Even seeing some of the family who used to be at the central restaurant. The food is great and the people who run it are amazing. In some ways like going back to a place that I loved as a kid. And it's really cool to get to experience all my life. I hope and pray it lives on. It's the best Mexican food ever. Thank you!!“

“My jumbo burrito was delicious as always. Very consistent with flavor and overall meal every time I go I get the jumbo burrito and I am very satisfied. My wife got chicken and I wasn’t impressed it was in a patty form so most likely frozen it tasted rubbery and somewhat dry. Chicken is cheap and to pay full price for frozen chicken patties is something we won’t order again. They tried to hide the flavor by smothering it with cheese and sauces. Overall atmosphere and server top notch we came around 4pm when they opened very quiet and server was very attentive.

“After reading so many good reviews I decided to do a drive thru breakfast and pick up lunch for my hard working husband!! The lady was kind, smiled, interacting…I appreciate that in a drive through especially when they have a “we welcome tips” sign! I got the country breakfast burrito, just a normal eggs, cheese and potatoes rolled up in a HUGE flour tortilla!! It was tasty and just how I like my breakfast burrito! There were many choices so for you braver people pile on the spices!!“

“Just driving through nice to find a restaurant that really cared about the customer. Our server was awesome, food was delicious. It was so good that on our way back we made time to stop again. Wish they would bring their restaurant to AZ. We really need excellent Mexican restaurants.

“Went in for a late dinner to give it a shot. It was 945pm on a Tuesday and ordered chicken enchiladas, a beef taco salad, some nacho chips, and flautas. The food was done on time and accurately, I would highly recommend it since it's 24/7 and cheaper than most places nearby serving the same things. It was much better than I was expecting, in every way. They even have a rather nice little bar setup for booze.

Edit: I have been back multiple times at various hours and I would definitely recommend the bacon breakfast burrito as well. It's huge and the bacon never seems to be chewy.“

“These workers a diligent, under a very fast atmosphere, to keep the food cooked and the front supplied. They do a great job of team work to accomplish this. The front end team are kind, patient and diligent to keep up with a very fast pace and popular spot. They try very hard to keep the dinning area clean with the high influx of customers. Sometimes they get stormed with crowds and some things slip a little but they are only human! This is my favorite Chipotle Restaurant. Give them a try.“

“There were a few new flavors of Jarritos Soda added since we were last there. They seem to have expanded their beer selection too. The dining area is still fairly sparse except for coolers, the seating areas, and the serve yourself salsa and marinated carrot, jalapeño bar. Although, there seemed to be a bunch of personal belongings stored in the corner of the dining area. It makes it look very cluttered. The building was still fairly quiet, for being situated on a busy corner. However, the inner primary glass door is splintered and a possible danger to others. It needs to be replaced!
The service was horrible. We would start to order for one person only to be cut off due to someone coming to the drive through. When another young woman showed up saying she worked there, I thought that meant one woman would work counter and the other, the drive-thru. This was not the case. It ended up taking the 3 of us nearly 20 minutes to order our meal due to all of the interruptions!“

Ordered online so that I could ensure that I paid for everything that I wanted, three items were incorrectly made. Was missing the sour cream and tomatoes on my soft taco supreme and the sour cream I added to my bean burrito as well as my chips and cheese. I went back through the line and asked very politely for two sides of sour cream and 1 side of tomatoes as well as the chips and cheese. I was told several times that they made the food correctly, I had checked everything before leaving as to ensure I got exactly what I ordered. They also told me that I didn’t order the food the way that it shows in my app. Crazy how I paid for stuff. I was given a new soft taco supreme that had sour cream and tomatoes but did not have the avocado ranch. I asked about one more side of sour cream so I could put it in my burrito and they told me they put it on there. It was not and I showed him both my app and the burrito that I hadn’t eaten. They made me a new burrito with sour cream so eventually they did finally get my order correct (ish? As neither of the two soft tacos were as ordered but we’ll just deal with it)

I’ve been an assistant general manager at a Taco Bell for over two years and have worked with Taco Bell for over 6 and I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received today. Will not be returning.

“We were able to order without waiting in line on the tablets in front so that option was a plus. They came back with some old stuff from their old menus and I think it's great. Although I feel as it's a little too pricey for just a taco in quesadilla and drink but I did like it all.“

“Taco Shop on Harry and Webb. There's something nostalgic about this place. It was one of my first jobs when I was 18, and when I decided living on my own was ok. Back then, it got so bad financially, we had to rely on Taco Shop as a place to pay our bills. That was the ramen noodles days. When that's all you had in the cabinet. Anyways, is it the best taco ever? It might be. Order your tacos with the hot sauce and about 6 of them. You'll at least have enough tacos to eat until you're full.“
