“It’s so good me and my dad get they steak breakfast burritos they are big always good but sometimes when you order carry out they will sometimes say like a 45 minute wait and it’s done in 20 minutes but still I highly recommend them it’s all really good great service every body is really kind and lovely people there is this one little kid who comes and asks you questions and everything I always like to tip him when I can“

“We have been going to the Las Vaquitas Mexican Restaurant since Caesar and Connie recruited their family and opened their doors to Derby residents. It’s rare to find a place where the owners are in the kitchen and on the floor making sure every guest feels welcome. The food is incredible and service is professional and friendly. I thought the idea of covering the check of a few of their patrons was a sweet holiday idea. When it happened to us, we were incredibly grateful. Huge thanks to the entire staff for showing their appreciation to a couple of regular customers. Please support this LOCAL restaurant, you will not be disappointed!!!“

“Love, love, love Poblanos. I've been eating their fabulous rice bowls since they had their first location on W. Central many years ago. I'm sure the rest of their food is excellent too, but I love, love, love their rice bowls and choice of ingredients - white or brown rice, beef (or chicken or other protein), sauteed veggies, cheese, cilantro, black olives, peppers and choice of 5 salsas varying in heat level (i choose the middle one which has a little heat but not too much.) . Be sure to have them put lots of extra broth from the meat on your bowl. I had a rice bowl at Fuzzy's the other day and it doesn't come close to the delicious rice bowls at Poblanos. I'd never order one of theirs again.“

“I needed a last minute meal for my staff after a hiccup with a different location and you guys came in clutch! The food was delicious and we truly enjoyed the meal. The waitress went out of her way to package everything up and ensure the food was hot and fresh. They made us taco platters with all the fixings and it was absolutely delicious! Thank you guys for the amazing service this was my first time eating here and I will be recommending you to all of the YMCA staff and friends ❤️“

“Food just wasn't as good as normal and waitress was nice but needs more training. She asked how I wanted my carne Asada cooked. I said medium rare. She said thats the same as medium well right? I said absolutely not. Thats just one of the things we ran into with her. Like I said she was nice.“

“Absolutely adore the new owner, Deona. She continues to pour life and love into Ruben’s Mexican Grill just as Ruben did himself. Nothing has changed! Thank you for the delicious Ruben’s Roca Margarita and the sweet smiles every time we walk through those doors. I also have to shout out our girl Haiti, who always knows how to set me up with GF items and never forgets, and Bella, who is always welcoming and greets us with smiles and laughter, even while cleaning up the next table over. If you haven’t been to Ruben’s, go now! And bring friends who enjoy a good marg, chips and salsa, and a warm atmosphere. ♥️“

“We love the 1.00 taco Tuesday. There is a 5 taco minimum. They are on the smaller side but worth it. Is the women behind the counter the nicest. No Does she need to be. Again No. Their food is so good their salsa has FLAVOR. I’m telling you out of hundreds of Mexican restaurants I’d pass them all just drink their salsas!! The food and beers are affordable.“

“Just got home from a wonderful lunch with Sr Citizen friends. Rather warm day & we arrived prior to opening. They suggested we wait inside until they open, which we did. We were served drinks & chips while we waited. I told the waitress I would not be eating because of temporary, dental, dietary restrictions. She took the time to suggest a scrumptious, custom-made, shredded chicken soup. Thanks for all you did for our little group & making us feel at home. You are some very special folks. Thanks for being a part of our Haysville community.“
