“We have been going to the Las Vaquitas Mexican Restaurant since Caesar and Connie recruited their family and opened their doors to Derby residents. It’s rare to find a place where the owners are in the kitchen and on the floor making sure every guest feels welcome. The food is incredible and service is professional and friendly. I thought the idea of covering the check of a few of their patrons was a sweet holiday idea. When it happened to us, we were incredibly grateful. Huge thanks to the entire staff for showing their appreciation to a couple of regular customers. Please support this LOCAL restaurant, you will not be disappointed!!!“

A drunk person called about why food order was not delivered already and a person really let them have an earful and it was hilarious. This is a place where they work their hearts 💕 out all day and night long. So when the customer asked why the food they ordered wasn't delivered an hour ago when they actually ordered 30 minutes ago and had no patience for much at the time. “Had our daughter’s 19th bday dinner/party tonight. Staff were so friendly, letting me come in early and decorate the party room. Mackenzie was our server and she was amazing!
