“I am a fan of Rio. Always a good go to when you are on the Andover strip. Drinks are great and I only ever get the fajitas which are really good and you get way more than one person can consume. Family always gets all kinds of other dishes and they are always delicious as well. Food is great, service is even better.“

I went inside and asked what was up, and instead of getting a list of excuses as I was halfway expecting these days sadly, the manager immediately took accountability for it and not only took action, made it right but did extra in my favor to make us happy! “Placed my order online, and added extra ingredients to make my items special for me. Went through the drive-thru and gave my name, and went to the windo to pick it up. It would be a mess to try to check inside the wrappers to see if my add-ons were there, in my car, so I am at home when I notice the sauce packets were incorrect, taco food was falling out of the wrappers and into the bag, and one item was missing the add-on lettuce. Not worth driving back for, but sometimes I think when you are face to face with the crew working, they take better care of your order.“

“Love, love, love Poblanos. I've been eating their fabulous rice bowls since they had their first location on W. Central many years ago. I'm sure the rest of their food is excellent too, but I love, love, love their rice bowls and choice of ingredients - white or brown rice, beef (or chicken or other protein), sauteed veggies, cheese, cilantro, black olives, peppers and choice of 5 salsas varying in heat level (i choose the middle one which has a little heat but not too much.) . Be sure to have them put lots of extra broth from the meat on your bowl. I had a rice bowl at Fuzzy's the other day and it doesn't come close to the delicious rice bowls at Poblanos. I'd never order one of theirs again.“

“I had my graduation lunch at Los Compadres this past Saturday. The reservation was last min and they were able to accommodate 25 people. The room they provided was beautiful and the buffet was great. The server was attentive and friendly. Thank you.“

“Felipe’s Jr. is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Wichita and definitely one of my regular go-to spots. It’s family-owned, consistently good, and they’ve got a huge menu with plenty of excellent options.

I’ve tried a lot of different things here over the years. The carnitas are outstanding, the birria tacos are excellent, and the Monterrey's are another favorite. Most of the time, though, I go with the beef enchiladas smothered in chili con carne along with whole beans. Their chili con carne is especially good, and both the whole beans and charro beans are excellent.

The restaurant is spacious, clean, well maintained, and the service has always been friendly and efficient. It’s also very family-friendly, with plenty of room, a kids’ menu, and easy parking.

If you’re looking for consistently great Mexican food, generous choices, and a comfortable family-run restaurant, Felipe’s Jr. is absolutely worth a visit. Five stars from me.“

“Went there tonight with my husband and our son and we got the carne asada burritos and my son got a chorizo breakfast burrito. They were very delicious and good sized! Service was good, gave it a 4star on how cold it was in the building but overall a 5! If we lived in the area we would frequent often!“
