“It is my favorite coffee place of all time. The bakery is so amazing! I could eat the egg salad beagles everyday they are that good. Staff is always amazing! If you want to try a new mix in your coffee as them they are more then happy to give recommendations. By youngest says they have the best blue raspberry lemonade ever! A long with their Chocolate Chip Muffins and Cinnamon Rolls. Highly recommend going there and supporting this small business.“

“I love this location I feel like they always make my coffee correctly. However they never seem to be able to register my car through the sensors. Most of the time they're very understanding due to my large tires, but today comments were made about how I just pulled through. I just want it to be known that I did pull through and wait. I even backed up and drove through again to try to get the sensors to pick up on my car. After the third try I did just pull around. When I got to the window a girl inside said oh my God did she just pull around.. very disgusted like. In which the window host agreed. Please fix your sensors.“

“Love Dutch bros coffee and the staff is always good people. Just last month went to get me and my wife coffee and had a Lil over 20 dollar bill and got up to the drive through window and went to grab my wallet and had left it at home and they still gave me my order they paid for my order I will never go to another coffee place unless I just have to Dutch bros has me as a life long customer and I got respect for Dutch bros. “I frequent this location perhaps once a week or more. Typically I go through drive-through and experience. There is very good. Today I need to go inside to use the restroom as well as making my purchase since I’m working time is still important to me in regards to LINCOLN service and customer service. I walked into approach the counter. I noticed that there were seven young ladies at work and all of them were busy. I also noticed that none of them made eye contact or gave me any sort of greeting whatsoever. Just silence. So after standing at the counter near the register for 30 seconds, I walked away. There was no one else inside and went use their restrooms. I returned to the counter, the young lady was just bringing out her cash for she took my order. It was very polite. And then sat down after I received my order in there had a clean table. Everything was good however what I noticed was as other people came in predominantly women they were all greeted welcome in. Somehow had pick up orders and others had orders they made at the counter, so it made me feel as though my demographic doesn’t fit into receiving a proper greeting I believe that nobody appreciates being treated differently in particular with less respect or acknowledgment in this case so now I’m curious, I will return and with purpose on one side and see what happens if it continues the only thing I can really do is to take my business to a different location. Or a different company entirely. I hope that it doesn’t happen. Stay tuned I’ll let everybody know.“
