“I've never had an issue at this Starbucks. This is the only Starbucks I trust to make my Pink Drink correctly. Whenever I've had an issue, I bring it up to them (like ice in my drink) and have never had a problem. Maybe it's the way people go about addressing problems with the employees. The customer is NOT always right, especially if they have an attitude with the people who are working to make a living and get through their day, just like most of us.

“Cashier Susan was amazing and helped me with my mobile order. The screen popped up asking what spot I parked than disappear. Tried getting it back but nothing so I went inside. Asked Susan about it and went in the back to figure it out then came back. I showed her my receipt in my email and told her she can take my phone back there if it’s easier. I didn’t know she was going to get yelled at because she had my phone and it was my idea, she never asked too. Susan was amazing and can’t wait to see her again next time.“

“My experience was bitter sweet, i guess. . I visited on a Sunday before service. I sat down in the coffee shop area while i waited on my coffee order and to my surprise NO ONE took the time to come and say hello or try to get to know me like most people in some churches do. So after a while of receiving my coffee and sitting down i just got up and left. I would definitely come back to order another coffee. . . sadly to check out the service Not so much. . I've traveled and visited many around our great country and I can say the employees here not only make great drinks and food but their friendliness, positive attitudes, most importantly going above and beyond to make sure we feel like family when we come in. “For drive-through coffee, my small latte (closest I could get to a cappuccino) was actually pretty good. The milk was freshly steamed while you watch from your car and served at a perfectly drinkable temperature. You could actually taste the coffee and it was a nice chocolaty comfort roast, not coal like a competitor I won't mention.“

“7:30am I went to the Shawnee KS location. Vanilla latte, no vanilla. Caramel macchiato,no caramel. These drinks are not cheap. Please learn the recipes. Drive thru was very friendly and faster than normal.“

“Very quick easy and convenient location and the coffee is amazing also. Only bad thing is that the employees when I went weren’t very happy usually workers at these places are very happy and cheerful. Makes it nice to come here. Overall a nice place though and the quality is good.

Parking: Decent size parking lot lots of open spaces.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access to the front window to order or the drive through.“

“So I am a regular at this location and I have to say the crew that works at this location are phenomenal. Destiny always asks me," How many scoops of protein do you need today?" and apparently she has made me known at this location because I once ordered the Peanut Butter Protein Power with 8 total scoops of protein powder. I have no complaints and I will always stop at this location whenever I need my protein shake because of how awesome Destiny and her fellow workers are!

Parking: Plenty of parking, just shares a lot or two with Price Chopper.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's wheelchair accessible so there hopefully are no issues there.“

I've seen some negative reviews on the drinks, but our matcha latte wasn't bad. I didn't notice any dirt either. Either they improved, or they were unprofessional employees who should be fired.
I also saw that someone was kicked out, being mistaken for a homeless person. This is better than breeding them. Wonderful policy!“

Then I saw the humongous meal (underpriced). Homemade meatloaf, real mashed potatoes and roll w/sliced tomatoes. We split the meal (both full). Wonderful real hot strawberry shortcake ?.
