“I frequent this location perhaps once a week or more. Typically I go through drive-through and experience. There is very good. Today I need to go inside to use the restroom as well as making my purchase since I’m working time is still important to me in regards to LINCOLN service and customer service. I walked into approach the counter. I noticed that there were seven young ladies at work and all of them were busy. I also noticed that none of them made eye contact or gave me any sort of greeting whatsoever. Just silence. So after standing at the counter near the register for 30 seconds, I walked away. There was no one else inside and went use their restrooms. I returned to the counter, the young lady was just bringing out her cash for she took my order. It was very polite. And then sat down after I received my order in there had a clean table. Everything was good however what I noticed was as other people came in predominantly women they were all greeted welcome in. Somehow had pick up orders and others had orders they made at the counter, so it made me feel as though my demographic doesn’t fit into receiving a proper greeting I believe that nobody appreciates being treated differently in particular with less respect or acknowledgment in this case so now I’m curious, I will return and with purpose on one side and see what happens if it continues the only thing I can really do is to take my business to a different location. Or a different company entirely. I hope that it doesn’t happen. Stay tuned I’ll let everybody know.“

“Line was long here at 11 but way better after the absolute train wreck at the nearby Taco Bell/KFC.
This place was open, hot, and the guy was nice and explained the meal deal with no attitude.

“Awesome decor, good parking. The Jalapeño Quiche is amazing. I had a coffee frappe which was delicious, hard to decide out of many flavors. I brought home pastries , had cinnamon roll this morning!!! I will definitely be going back as soon as possible!“

“I've had a lot of local coffee beans maps is by far my favorite. The milk blend is perfect. Couldn't ask for more literally would not change a thing. Curious with the chocolate now if it is anywhere near as good as the coffee, then I will need a second job to support my habit. Great product really happy I found them“

“My experience was bitter sweet, i guess. . I visited on a Sunday before service. I sat down in the coffee shop area while i waited on my coffee order and to my surprise NO ONE took the time to come and say hello or try to get to know me like most people in some churches do. So after a while of receiving my coffee and sitting down i just got up and left. I would definitely come back to order another coffee. . . sadly to check out the service Not so much. . “It is my favorite coffee place of all time. The bakery is so amazing! I could eat the egg salad beagles everyday they are that good. Staff is always amazing! If you want to try a new mix in your coffee as them they are more then happy to give recommendations. By youngest says they have the best blue raspberry lemonade ever! A long with their Chocolate Chip Muffins and Cinnamon Rolls. Highly recommend going there and supporting this small business.“

“I live in Gladstone, Missouri but was shopping on Facebook marketplace and found several items that I wanted to buy from this couple who live in Olathe, Kansas. Quite a long drive for me from Gladstone, Missouri. Especially when there's hardly any way to go across town right now without having to be stuck in traffic because of road construction. What a relief to meet this nice lady with all these cool things for me to buy for gifts mostly and we so enjoyed talking a bit. I bought her an iced tea and she said it was very good. I hadn't eaten and so I got the little egg bite omelets or whatever they are and they were absolutely delicious. Or maybe I was just all that hungry and I also got some kind of a fruity smoothie drink.
I really enjoyed talking to the cashier who is getting ready to leave the store when she happened to mention to somebody that she was living in Lawrence and going to the University of Kansas where she's finishing up her freshman year majoring in journalism and political science at the William Allen White School of Journalism there. She was she's a a end of her freshman year Scooter's Coffeehouse way out off K-10 highway in Lenexa, KS.“

I've traveled and visited many around our great country and I can say the employees here not only make great drinks and food but their friendliness, positive attitudes, most importantly going above and beyond to make sure we feel like family when we come in. “Tried Dutch Bros Coffee and was impressed with how many drink options they have. One thing I really liked was the protein hot drinks with 20 grams of protein, great if you want something filling while still getting your coffee fix. Service was super fast, and they had lots of staff working, so the line moved quickly. Friendly atmosphere and a great stop for a quick drink on the go.“
