“My wife and I went there for the first time yesterday (10/29/2022) after Sabbath Services at church. I had the hamburger steak with fries and onion rings and my wife had the Chicken Fried Steak with fries and onion rings. It was awesome. Our server was fantastic and very attentive. And I just about needed a forklift to take me to the car afterwards, I ate so much. Highly Highly Highly recommend!!”

“Found this place by sheer accident on our way to Galena, Kansas following Route 66 and so glad we did!!!!! ❤️😋😍 This un-assuming restaurant isn't fancy by any means, but don't let that fool you because there's some of the best Chinese food awaiting you inside. The interior similar to the exterior is simple and relatively small with approximately 6 tables. Set-up is geared more towards takeout as there were lots of people picking up food orders. We opted to dine in and we wouldn't have had it any other way. The service was phenomenal!!!! Our waiter had mad multi-tasking skills as he waited on us, took phone and walk in orders, checked and prepared orders, and ran the cash register all while ensuring our drinks never ran empty. The menu selection is HUGE! There were items listed on the partition that weren't listed on the menu yet....the menu selection is that big. Everything we ordered was beyond AMAZING!!! We ordered the beef fried rice, tofu with country vegetables, szechuan shrimp, salt and papper tofu cubes, fried spicy dumplings, and an order of crab rangoon. Everything arrived fresh, hot, fast, and tasted exceptional. The portions were HUGE! Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ worthy! If you haven't eaten here before, you seriously need to. We'll definitely be back

“Ww stopped in on a random Tuesday night. We were immediately seated and had our drinks as well as chips and salsa within minutes. Our waitress was kind and we received our food quickly. I tried to take pictures before everyone started eating LOL but wasn't successful. The food was delicious and the margarita flight was 10/10!! Our baby even had a few bites of beans. I absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling through.”

“Old Cafe style. Go look at the Grill that you can see from the register or going by it to the bathroom. Memorabilia on the wall help pass the time while waiting for your meal. The juke box was playing old 60-70's music which was pleasant to hear those type of songs from the time period. Food was good.”

“Recommended by a friend, I stopped in while driving back to Joplin. I chose a ham sandwich and they asked if it was okay if the fresh ham was still warm? Still warm?! Yes! Just wheat bread cheese lettuce and ham. I don't eat pie and there was fresh peach pie or cobbler? on the counter. I bought that too. The ham sandwich did not require condiments. I would have had just a plate of ham if I had known how good it was. I also ate the pie. It was so GOOD!”
