They no longer provide an itemized receipt before paying, and instead you’re required to check out on a handheld screen while the server waits. You have to choose your tip before you can even see your full bill, which feels rushed and uncomfortable. I prefer being able to review my charges and tip at my own pace. Instead of letting me know they would be with me as soon as they can. I got attitude saying some will be with you as soon as we are done with these orders. Now I know places can be busy and yes I do have patience. Me being from the service industry you always greet the customer and let them know it will be a minute or few. Anyway, got my order in and got my food. Went out to my vehicle took a big ol bite and it was not even luke warm. I could have got a cheeseburger from kwik shop that would have been better.
