“We attended a private event for approximately 50 guests at Austin's on Lone Elm this weekend. The taco bar was quite tasty, and stocked repeatedly for our group as needed. While the party was fun, it was ever more memorable due to our two servers, Mikaela and Jeremy. These two were so fun, exuberant and hard working professionals. Their constant smiles while keeping up with the drink orders with precision was fantastic! They were go getters from the start and made an already fun day even better. “This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this Burger King. I’m not a fan of fast food, so this is one of the few places I will go to. I order the Whopper Jr meal. The food is always fresh and hot, including the french fries. The service at the drive-through window is outstanding! The employees are very pleasant and respectful! “When going through the drive-thru in the summer and ordering a chocolate dipped ice cream cone, I EXPECT, since my home thermometer stated it was 107.1 degrees outside, the customer service employees would wait until the VERY LAST SECOND to make and dip my ice cream cone so that it ISN'T melting profusely, thru the chocolate shell, all down the side of the cone IMMEDIATELY upon receipt. I DON'T think I'm wrong here.Also, engineer's brain here, but when DIPPING an ice cream cone, if you DIP the ice cream just past the ice cream and SLIGHTLY ONTO THE ACTUAL CONE, you create a SEAL so that the ice cream, when it starts to melt, does not start dripping everywhere, while the customer is trying to eat it.Ugh! Come on people! Just common sense here!“

“Had dinner here today with my kid. Great prompt service from the carhop! My kid was pleased that there were real cherries in his cherry limeade.

(Some of the drive-in menu boards need fixing/replacing. Ours was loose and wobbly.)“

“This was a wonderful meal served up SUPER FAST these ladies were very nice very pleasant smiling faces there were two cars in front of me when I placed my order in less than 10 minutes I was driving away with my meal of 2 original roast beef for 6 bucks a spicy chicken sandwich meal crinkle fries and iced tea this Arby's has a great crew I will go back to this one“

At least that's what I thought at first, now I chose to eat here because they make genuinely good food, and the people who work here try their best to make sure you leave satisfied. “Been craving and patiently waiting for my favorite banana split Blizzard for months during this crazy, quarantined pandemic Not sure where to contact Dairy Queen Grill & Chill but I was SO SAD to finally get my treat, drive halfway home to Olathe and dig in to a Blizzard with rotten, fermented pineapple. i had a few bites then couldn't take another bite, even though I tried! You might want to check your pineapple supply before someone else gets a bad treat. With that said, I want to emphasize that you have a great store and quick, happy service/team. In all of my DQ days, I have not had a bad Blizzard or bad food item until yesterday.“

“Cashier Susan was amazing and helped me with my mobile order. The screen popped up asking what spot I parked than disappear. Tried getting it back but nothing so I went inside. Asked Susan about it and went in the back to figure it out then came back. I showed her my receipt in my email and told her she can take my phone back there if it’s easier. I didn’t know she was going to get yelled at because she had my phone and it was my idea, she never asked too. Susan was amazing and can’t wait to see her again next time.“

“Staff at this location have been friendly.
Every fast food place has something unique or better than others. Wendys has the frosty (which is love), chili, and their burgers are better than McDonalds. For reference, I think McDonalds burgers rank the lowest, with sonic or 4 guys ranking highest.
