“I've eaten here three times very recently for the first time in 4 years and the food was GOOD and fresh and service was GREAT. Drive through staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed before we drove off.I'd had two bad experiences with this location back in late 2019 with tough meat and dry buns and fries not so fresh.A few weeks ago I decided to give El Dorado location another try for the first time in 4 years after having a good experience at an out-of-state Arby's recently and the El Dorado location was also great as I said.Hats off to management and staff for making the El Dorado Arby's great again. ?“

“I worked at this place for 9 years, had my ups and downs. Met good people and bad people to the worst.. Those who try to stabb you in the back. Besides the point.. However. In all of my experiences at this place. I was moved, from store to store to help other stores who was short handed. Meeting people outside of ur own store was worth the experience. After not being there for so long, Makes me miss my people, my original crew.. those who was nothing but love and support. Those people are family. For whoever works at this place. You'll find ur people who you can call family!“

“Great experience here! Every time we visit kansas, we stop at the Freddy's in El Dorado, KS. Every single time we have an amazing meal in a clean and friendly resturant.A worker there named Christina, was able to help us with the Freddy's App and we got our free concrete! :) she was great and patient with us. We very much appreciated that!We ended our lunch with a PBC&B concrete and a Salted Caramel Concrete. Fabulous!10/10 would eat here again!“

“2nd time at this location in a week. There is no cleaner Taco Tico, or better customer service, than at this one! Plus, the food tastes like I remember as a kid, fresh ingredients, and delicious! The manager (I think), Jana (same lady everyone else has mentioned in reviews) cares about her customers, is friendly, and all people in the food service industry should take notes. She was awesome!! I live 2 hrs away, but will be back!! 🌮🌮🌮“

“Surprisingly a good visit, normally get cold food and bad service. Took 3 attempts to find a menu boats that worked so I could order. Placed my order and it was at my car in like 4 minutes. Server wasn't the friendliest but I got served. Good was hot even after driving home and order was correct. Dare I say they have fixed their problems?“

“Who doesn't LOVE KFC? I used to . . . not so much lately. Our orders over the last couple of months (June/July 2025) have not been as good as they have been in the past. Food seems to have set, chicken is not crispy and the chicken sandwich (which I nearly always order) has been sub-par. Hope they improve . . . when they're good they're the best chicken joint around!“
