my hotdog was cold like it taken from a refrigerator & put on a bun. Additionally, my order fully filled until I went back to the counter.

Their employees do not know how to make certain things. The last few times I have went they always seem to forget something or not know how to make it. Tonight I asked for a frozen hot chocolate two of their employees didn’t know what that was. I also asked for a certain blizzard and they came out later saying they don’t think they have those ingredients and they just went on asking other people what they wanted I had to go back up and ask them to make us something else.
