“The food is hot and made fresh for you right there. Sometimes it can take a while (especially during lunch rush) but in my opinion worth it for some of their subs. I am not a fine of the loaded fries through. I barely ate any of mine. I may try their regular fries in the future or just with cheese added.“

“So this place cooks/makes the food in front of you. So do not expect it to be super fast especially in lunch rush. The staff is super sweet but either forgetful or neglectful. Contradicting, I know. But 3 times an order has been messed up, add jalapeños? None added, no tomatoes or lettuce had extra, bone in wings? Got boneless and not the flavor I asked for or my ranch. But when it is done right it is soooo good! It is had to stay mad at the staff because they are so nice. Just check your meal before walking away.“

“I came here one time and they said they couldn’t make me a double whopper because they only had on patty left lol. And they said they were out of chicken and almost out of fries. After I died laughing I ordered their last whopper and some fries. The staff was actually really nice so I am giving them five stars for being cool under pressure. Oh and the place is real clean too.“

From the moment I ordered, he greeted me with a warm and friendly greeting, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. His positive energy was infectious, and it set a wonderful tone for my entire visit.

Throughout my time there, he was incredibly informative and helpful, taking the time to explain menu items and even offering some great recommendations based on my preferences. It's rare to encounter someone who genuinely cares about the customer's experience, but this employee certainly did. He was attentive, patient, and made sure that every aspect of my order was perfect.

He was truly the delight of my visit to Arby's, and I believe he deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service. Employees like him are what make a business stand out, and I hope he receives some kind of reward for his dedication and hard work.
