“We were there this past weekend for the Christmas celebration. This was our first time there and we had an amazing time. Rob was awesome and a great server. We felt right at home. The food was so good. We had drinks, appetizers, entrees, and dessert. All were amazing. We would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in or nearby Fort Scott.“
“I love this diner. The decor is a bit dated but very homey and clean, the food is great and the desserts are fantastic. Waitstaff are friendly and stay on top of service. I stop in every time I am going through Ft. Scott when they are open. Chargrilled burgers, yum. Best coconut cream pie, EVER.Parking: Parking in front and at least 1 side, gravel lot.Wheelchair accessibility: No sidewalks, gravel on lot but accessible, I'd say.“
“I called for carry out. I had to repeat my order to the young girl on the phone. When I picked up my order, she took my payment, did a couple of things and walked away around the counter to work on something else. Then she realized she didn’t give me my food and came back around and picked up the sack which was hidden behind the counter and gave it to me. She was friendly which is why I gave it four stars. I got a cheeseburger and Susie Q’s and enjoyed both. Susie Q’s were completely soggy but likely because they were in a closed sack. I would eat here again.“
“Decent breakfast, I enjoyed the pancakes and the eggs are tasty, I will try more as I go, but as of right now I am all about the breakfast. It's kind of a bummer the second time I ordered they ran out of sausage links but that can happen.“
“We ordered ahead, went in to pick up our order and they couldn't find it. Apparently another order was waiting to b picked up at the same time and were given both of our orders. I understand things happen and the staff was solid and got my fresh order rushed and out to me asap. Food was great and can never go wrong with a Brady wrap!“
“So this 5 start review comes with a big caveat: your sandwich is mostly meat. Now some people love this, I rather a more balanced distribution so it's like 1/4" meat, 2-3 slices cheese, 1/4" veggies and fixings. This sando is like 3/4" meat, literally one thin slice of cheese, little bit of veggies. Not my style, but undeniably well made. Staff was excellent, everyone seems happy to work there too.I think the menu is really silly. It sounds just be a build your own format but instead they list a crazy number of individual combinations followed by "if there is a combination not listed just ask." Same with the special of the day section, which says you can choose any day special... It's a combo menu, it's not a special of the day. That's just silly stuff though, kinda adds a small town charm I suppose.“
