“I have great experiences here. I do wish they would put small boxes and sauces in a bag. That's a lot to juggle going home. I've ordered a pizza, 2 sandwiches, chicken, bread, and dessert. Plus sauces and they just pile it on top of one another when bringing it out to curbside. A bag would be nice for the small boxes and sauces. Otherwise, no complaints.“

“We don’t live in Gardner, but if we are passing through on a pizza night, we order from this location rather than the location closer to home. The manager is beyond kind and helpful. The quality and atmosphere are always great, and the wait is never long.“

“We dined in and the people working were awesome! They brought out coloring books and crayons for the kids and we had great service the whole time. The food was delicious and the restrooms clean. I will come back next time we’re in Kansas!

“Staff work hard. Food was HOT which during winter is always awesome. Tad bit of wait but that is understandable with the short staff everyone is going through. Everyone was pleasant and seemed to be enjoying their day which made it a pleasant experience.“

“I put in a delivery order through the Pizza Hut app to the hotel we were staying at as we were passing through. They use door dash for delivery which we had no idea they did but no big deal. I get a call from the door dasher that they couldn’t find our location. They didn’t speak English and unfortunately I don’t speak Spanish so we tried our best to communicate through a translator over the phone. After sending them my location pin and the gps link to the hotel(Holiday Inn) they still couldn’t find it. On the tracker I watched them pass it twice then I get a text from them asking me to cancel my order. I call Pizza Hut and the amazing man working remade our entire order (after closing) and we picked it up with no issues. Way to make a headache of a situation, right :) Also, the food was AMAZING! We ordered a meat lovers, cheese, buffalo medium boneless and cinnamon bread sticks.“

“When you go to a KFC, you don’t expect perfection. You obviously want all of your food to be there, but you don’t expect high caliber food from a fast food place. The meal I have received from this location has defied all expectations. 500 years ago, they would have written a ballad telling the tale of these heroic chefs. This is the crispiest, tenderest, most perfectly made meal i have had in many an age, and I have had many meals. Got the taste of KFC meal with 4 sides and a bucket, and not only were the sides done to perfection, the chicken was perfectly fried. Not overdone and tough, not undercooked and rubbery. They knocked it out of the park. Wax paper over the bucket to maintain temperature, hand wrapped/wrolled utensils, plenty of plates, speedy service, well-stacked bag.

This is the kind of meal you bring up in situations where it doesn’t fit in, just to brag to others about how good your food was. Whenever my nemesis mentions that they’re hungry, I will recall this order in great detail just to spite them. I have been blessed, and the colonel would have granted these employees a field promotion for their work. Absolutely wonderful.
