“I just had the best experience here!!! I did an online order& ordered a chicken/ avocado flat bread and an Italian calzone.. when I got there they only had the flat bread ready to go (unfortunately bc of the way the ticket came out it looked like the order was combined and was looked over! Rebecca (the manager) was absolutely amazing& got right to making my missed order! Unfortunately the flat bread got cold while waiting so she offered to make a fresh new& hot one! 🥰 She was seriously the sweetest& nicest ever!!!“

“12/15 update:
The store manager promptly addressed my concerns, and provided meal replacement cards for a later time. I have since been back, however have not ordered online so I can not attest to wait times there. Since returning staff has been respectful and quick with service in person.
Second occasion of ordering online with my food not started upon arrival. Had to wait 30 minutes for one sandwich to be completed. The workers were behind the desk eating pizza. There was no line and no other orders placed (no tickets on the line). Not sure why this is a repeated pattern at this location, especially with it not being busy. Additionally, when mistakes are made in customer service it is important to acknowledge, apologize, and try to make it better. All I received was "here's that order, sorry about that". I understand working in the food environment is tough, however there is no excuse for neglecting orders when your establishment only had two guests (besides me) in the dining room having already received their order.“

“Staff was friendly and prompt with the order. They had a fresh assortment of veggies, which is something I look at when going to sandwich shops, so it was nice to see they cared.
Dietary restrictions: I'm on a low calorie diet, and they have an ingredient list so you know how many calories each item will be.“

“There was only one young lady working at the whole store. People were driving up and coming in. I felt so bad for her, but she did an excellent job and took care of everyone without seeming flustered at all. I only gave 4 stars bc management should have done a better job staffing or come in themselves to help.“

“Stephanie O. was the only one working both days I went in. She was fast and friendly. There was a baseball tournament nearby and it was very busy. Thankfully customers were not rude, and they could see she was doing her best work. The second day she looked up and remembered me from the day before. Wow! Subway should give this employee a raise and move her to a management position! Thank you Stephanie!“
