I have been going to this location since they opened or at least soon afterwards. Yes, it's true they have had their ups & downs with finding the right staff but I think they have found their mojo. In the last 6-8 months I haven't had bad service or a mixed up order. The worst thing happening was a pickle in the box which shouldn't have been there. Oh no! Capital offense! Excellent subs! The place is all fireman themed which is awesome. Plus a portion of money goes too first responders. And you can also donate by rounding up your order.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Fireman's hat's for the kids. Lots of fire equipment in the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Is close to the front door.

Moved to Wichita and discovered Firehouse Subs! Yummy to my tummy ! We keep being drawn to this sub place vs others. I don't know what combination that is added to the sandwich but awesome! Most times we go in cause someone in family always has problems with online ordering! Crew is always friendly!
