Booked a room for my mom visiting hays because my father is in the hospital. They blocked me out from using the app to check in and required me to visit the desk before a key is issued. I explained my mom is on the reservation and I will be paying for the room with the card from the app and Megan explained all she would need to do is show her ID and they would issue the key. Beds were hard and the staff is not honest one person says they do not have my daughters boots that we know we left in our room and then someone else says they are still waiting to hear from housekeeping we’ll I think someone’s not being honest here and turning in the boots because they are name brand . It’s clean but dishonest in my opinion.
