I just want to take a moment and say Thank You to Kristen who was running the register when we came into the restaurant on Friday January 12th around 6pm. She went above and beyond to be sure our son was taken care of. Our son has special needs. His autism makes him very friendly and sociable. As soon as we walk in he says to her hey wanna see my card I just got. She said your Pokemon card? He said yes and she responded saying it looked cool. We made our order online and they got it right. The only thing that was an issue was the online process is pretty annoying and difficult - very glitchy site. When we arrived to pick up our food, it was ready. They didn't have peppermint shakes, but gave us a vanilla one instead.

Food was typical of a Wendy's, the quality control is working well.Store was very clean and modern, and well maintained. However, the POS kiosks were out of order leaving a single person taking orders and expediting for the dining room. While she was very competent and working hard, without the kiosks there was simply too much work for a single person to effectively manage.
