“I enjoyed the new spicy original chicken sandwich. I got french fries and had it with ketchup and they were very delicious.
We enjoyed some chili along with some Dave's classic burgers as well.
The restroom is really nice and offers both air dryer and paper towels. Though the locking of hot water taking more than a minute to get even warm is a concern. An employee who must wash their hands would have to wait several minutes for adequate temperature. There is this thing called a hot water recirculator in which Wendy's should have spent the money on so that there is instant hot water. You could also replace the hot water line with just a inline electric tank with water heater. So many places cheap out on things like this.“

“I love the manager here. She is friendly and kind. And absolutely deserves a shout out!!! Each time I go in with my dad she knows him by name and even knows his order. This is very helpful because the kyosks are very hard for him to use being old and stuff. She always rings up his food for him and makes him feel valued.

Its clear to see the happiness and joy she brings to the work environment because when she is not there its very quited lol“

“Ok. I’m a JJ Rewards member and have had it from Syracuse to St Louis, yesterday, Silverthorn, CO and today Hays, KS. This was the busiest HJ I’ve ever seen and the best run! As I walked in the back door, I felt hesitant that it was going to take a while because there was a line at the drive-through that wrapped around the store. But as soon as I walked in, I was greeted. There was no one at the counter in line. As soon as I finished giving my order and went up to fill my soda he called out that it was ready?!! I was blown away!! Everything was stocked. They had more people working than I’ve seen and everyone was double-timing it like a well oiled machine. These places don’t get enough reviews and if they do, they are usually negative so today I’m taking time to applaud the management and team effort at this location!!“
