“Aidan....an employee there....is a cut above....we went through the drive-thru for a coffee....the coffee was like warm....so I went in met Aidan.... immediately without hesitation......it was flash quick... he apologized and gave me a HOT coffee... this happens on occasion....what makes this memorable....is Aidan's personality, professionalism and the sincerity.....it's rare today.. .. If I still had my business....I would recruit him in a second..to make an impression that quick and I'm picky........is rare....plus.. he looked professional.....no tackle box face, piercings or tats......kudos“

This time we drove 14 hours and put in a takeout order And we were only six minutes away. When I walked in, I thought it was going to take a long time like most Jimmy John’s because there was a couple of people in front of me. I came to the counter and told them my name and then was on the phone with my husband and told him he could go pick something up and I would wait since I wasn’t ready and the girls stopped me and told me it would be ready within like 45 seconds and she was not wrong!! They were so nice and fast and our sandwiches were even cut in half like we always like and never get! Amazing service and amazing crew!“
