“They forgot 2 sandwiches and gave us a hot coffee instead of iced. Had to drive back and go in to get the sandwiches. I would’ve appreciated a free item or some other compensation but none was offered. We used the bathroom, which was out of paper towels and it wasn’t even 8am.

“Wow!!! The best jimmy John’s nationwide. Me and my spouse are travel for work and this has been the fastest most accurate jimmy johns!! This time we drove 14 hours and put in a takeout order And we were only six minutes away. When I walked in, I thought it was going to take a long time like most Jimmy John’s because there was a couple of people in front of me. I came to the counter and told them my name and then was on the phone with my husband and told him he could go pick something up and I would wait since I wasn’t ready and the girls stopped me and told me it would be ready within like 45 seconds and she was not wrong!! They were so nice and fast and our sandwiches were even cut in half like we always like and never get! Amazing service and amazing crew!“

“Person taking our order in drive thru had the monotone voice of every worker in America that would rather pull their toenails out with pliers than be working. Person who took our money was nice. Person handing out food was super excited about getting us out of there as soon as possible as they just opened the window and started pushing things in my face at rapid fire succession and didn't seem to care about at the very least saying good morning.
Our food was excellent. The biscuit and mcgriddle was warm and fluffy, hashbrowns were perfectly cooked and our drinks were full and cold.“
