The spicy chicken is a favorite, and the red beans and rice are amazing, though the red beans need just a bit more rice. The chicken sandwich may come with pickles even when ordered without. Customer service is generally fine, but some locations have horrible service and dirty restaurants, while others are the cleanest, fastest, and friendliest. The menu is laborious to read, too cluttered and non-sensical, with specials posted on the door not listed on the menu, creating confusion. Orders often have mistakes, like missing pieces in a 5 piece chicken meal or a missing Mac & Cheese side. The restaurant needs to hire more people, as sometimes only two staff run the counter, kitchen, and all. For catering, a package for 50 people may only provide a little of each side dish, with small trays not topped off, and fries can be soggy from sitting. Timing for delivery can be poor, arriving too early for scheduled lunches.
