Everyone loves Chicken wether it's on the bone or strips. Any some Cajun kick to those delicious versions sounds yummy doesn't it? Well, let me save you some trouble. After giving them several chances on multiple visits, I can tell you this Popeye's doesn't care about quality or customer service. Multiple times my order has been wrong and one time the Chicken sandwich was still frozen or at least not fully cooked! Be prepared to wait if you go through the drive thru
One car in front of the business. We were the only one in drive thru. It took 20 minutes for us to get our food. I was just getting ready to go inside and ask for a refund. The food was warm but not hot like it just finished cooking. Kids meal did not have a toy. Definately will not eat at that Popeyes again.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen serves delicious, unhealthy chicken with biscuits that are even better. The spicy chicken is a favorite, and the red beans and rice are amazing, though the red beans need just a bit more rice. The chicken sandwich may come with pickles even when ordered without. Customer service is generally fine, but some locations have horrible service and dirty restaurants, while others are the cleanest, fastest, and friendliest. The menu is laborious to read, too cluttered and non-sensical, with specials posted on the door not listed on the menu, creating confusion. Orders often have mistakes, like missing pieces in a 5 piece chicken meal or a missing Mac & Cheese side. The restaurant needs to hire more people, as sometimes only two staff run the counter, kitchen, and all. For catering, a package for 50 people may only provide a little of each side dish, with small trays not topped off, and fries can be soggy from sitting. Timing for delivery can be poor, arriving too early for scheduled lunches.
