“Love this little local brewery! Owners and staff are such great folks & have amazing beer knowledge. Their standards are awesome - Lima Fresca, Strawberry Blonde and Shiftie are my favs - but they rotate a lot so you’ll always find something you love. They also have the best trivia in town on Wednesdays and a *chef’s kiss* back patio! Don’t miss if you’re in the Crossroads!“

“I was here for a wedding reception tonight, and I just have to shout out the bartender who kept taking care of me.Every time I walked up to the bar, he immediately noticed, came over, and knew exactly what I wanted by the third drink‘Buffalo Trace on ice.’ His pours were perfect, and his service was friendly, attentive, and genuinely appreciated. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I notice when someone takes pride in what they do, and he absolutely did. It made the night feel personal and fun. Whoever he is—he deserves recognition. He did a great pour, and I truly appreciated him. As a photographer here in Kansas City, I love connecting with other professionals who take pride in their work. “Stopped in here before an event downtown. The atmosphere was super relaxed and extremely dog friendly. The drinks were pretty good. Looks like they regularly do events and have revolving food truck outside. Didnt look like they had servers really, so plan on going up to the bar for drinks. Seems like a really fun place to be a regular!“

“A beautiful impressive facility. Well worth the detour to visit. I can't give a full 5 stars because there wasn't much energy, not many customers. It felt a bit abandoned. Also staff were not beer enthust. I asked about session options and the bartender pointed out the super high Abv options.“

“I'm a home brewer, and we travel alot. One of the things we do when we travel is check out the local breweries wherever we go, so we have been to ALOT. I would rank KC Bier Company among the best. Outstanding Beer.“
“This brewery is a hidden gem in North Kansas City! The Big Rip Brewing Company has a fantastic selection of craft beers, and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We love the atmosphere and the fact that we can bring our own food. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!“

“My sister and I had lunch here yesterday and loved it!!! Pretzels were really good for an appetizer and then the Chicken Pot Pie was SO FREAKING GOOD!!! I love a down home meal like that and it didn’t disappoint!!! I’ll be back just for that!!! Our waiter Miles was a really nice guy and was very attentive to the customers. Thank You, Granite City!!! 😁😁“
