“Went in at 10:30am whoever was working today was amazing! Kind and really sweet, Helped my boyfriend get his sweet tea, two hispanic ladies. They were incredible, and the food was insanely tasty, mashed potatoes were smooth and had a creamy taste, biscuits were soft fluffy inside and crispy honey like texture on the outside, Chicken.. was AMAZING I loved it so much and it was such an lovely experience 👏“

“Drive-through service was fast. I got a two piece spicy dark meat with the cheddapeno biscuit. Food was freshly cooked. I love the chicken and the biscuit but the new signature hot sauce tasted horrible. it was very sweet. I had some hot sauce in my car so I was still able to enjoy my chicken.“

“It was my first time at Zaxby's. The food was so good, it was clean and the customer service/cashier did an awesome job! We don't have Zaxby's where we live so can't wait to go back.“

“There may be some Kentucky restaurant and one thats Louisiana fast that serves chicken that better step up thier game with Gus's around. Stephanie the waitress we had was awesome. Drinks were always full.“
