Terrible experience at a restaurant that we have tried to support for years, especially throughout the pandemic. During the pandemic when the restaurant couldn't open, we were regularly ordering carryout to support their business. We've been regular customers for years. Apparently they are still struggling due to staffing issues (and the restaurant was not remotely crowded this evening).
