The staff is always rude. they are never busy compared to Wendy’s next door. This is probably why. Whomever worked the drive through today is just hateful. She doesn’t say thank u or your welcome. Just tosses the bag out at ya like your bothering her. Obviously hates her job. My order was wrong and I went back through the drive and told the same female she forgot my fries. It's fast-food wages. I really don't expect much...and this place limbo'd right under a very, very low bar. Rude, incompetent staff that can't be bothered to do their jobs. Meals regularly missing items or have them wrong. Biscuits usually burned, fries taste old. My toddler loves their chicken but even that is not enough to ever lure me back. Ever. This restaurant is dreadful. I try to be very nice to fast-food workers; it's a tough job with bad pay. I've never sworn at anyone...read full review
