Came here mainly for the flour tortillas, but decided to order some food. The tortillas are very good and definitely are worth a 5 star plus ratings. They are made fresh on-site and are good. I ordered the pork burrito, taco combo plate with beans and rice. I was expecting shredded pork but their pork are cut into pieces, which is no big deal, it was good. Stopped in for an early lunch due to reviews. The restaurant is small but clean. When I walked in fresh tortillas were being made and packed up to sell...were told they sold out daily and believe it! Prices were reasonable...I got an enchilada plate with rice and beans for 7.50. Rice has a unique taste but good. Instead of chips and salsa I was served fresh hot tortillas and salsa with a bottle of Parkay...DELICIOUS!! I bought a bag of tortillas!! Will be back and want to try...read full review
A ramshackle building with uneven flooring and an exposed furnace, is now on it's 3rd generation of family working here. My lunch today was also a little uneven, yet unique and interesting. The complimentary serving of freshly in-house made flour tortillas was a fantastic start. I was advised to squeeze some parquet margarine and some salsa and go at it.
