Subway in Kansas City

“The lady working behind the counter was extremely nice and professional. I hope someone can get the AC fixed in there because I would be exhausted working in that environment and she deserves it!

“I would like to say that I went into subway today, I was in a bad mood and I was waited on by Tony who was very friendly and just the best customer service and attitude, I left there in a better mood than I walked in , it was his attitude, his conversation , it was the best service I’ve had in awhile , I recommend subway on s 18th and go see Tony , he is the best , I’ve told all my family and friends, so hope your looking for some business.“

“I've never had a problem with the employees there, they've been excellent every time i've been there. I am not sure of their names but the Female coworker that usually works in the mornings(?), She is really good at her job and despite she's usually on her own, she always greets her customers with a smile, and helps pretty quickly. I would recommend this subway“

“The sandwich artists in this particular store are very personable. There are 4 that I love talking to and catching up with. The store is always clean and I've never had an issue when I go in the store. I did order on door dash once and they sent the sandwich with no toppings that I asked for but other than that, I've had no issues.“

Her hospitality stood out the moment I walked in she greeted me with a smile, was super patient, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. “You cant judge this place based on what they sell, since thats all up to SUBWAY corporate, but what you can judge them on is how clean their restaurant is, and how well the food is prepared. Cleanliness is second to none always clean walking in, and food is always prepared quick with proper looking portion sizes. Even convinced some of our subway hating friends, and they love this place as well.“

“Previously rated this location high stars. After today I will never go back. Online order was suppose to be ready at 4:05 which is when I arrived. Was told another 10 min. At time I walked in was only 2 customers inside the store. I waited as informed soon as I sit down a crowd of people walk in and they help them and make all those orders. I had to get up and yell to get my food started. If I had known this I would have just ordered when I walked in.“

“I’ve eaten at Subways all over Kansas City, Ks. This location has the freshest bread, meats and toppings. My sub is always prepared correctly. The employees are friendly and ready to work. Try this location, you’ll see & taste the difference. .“

“Great Subway location! We visited on 3/21/24 in the evening. They were pretty busy with pickup orders but the staff were very prompt to take my walk in order. The young man who made our sandwich was soft spoken and very polite. The young lady who was working, was working very hard. When she ran out of something he immediately took it and refilled it. The teamwork was there with these 2! They deserve a raise!“

“It was difficult to find parking as the road is under construction. We had to walk two blocks from a paid parking spot. No fault of Subway's, of course. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bread was fluffy and tasted fresh. Overall a good experience.“
