Subway in Gladstone

“Staff has always been very prompt, pleasant and professional. We order online and have had nice looking sandwiches every time with a copious amount of toppings and sauce like we order and pay for and the orders are ready when I show up. Very clean and maintained shop.

My only knock is that Subway portions are not competitive with the industry. The sandwiches would be better if you standard put an extra few slices of meat and cheese. The customer always has to order double and ends up with a sandwich not worth the cost.“

“Had the best customer service I have had in a long time! Both employees were extremely nice, friendly and handled running out of meatballs for us with other options and one being up front about the wait to make more but would be happy to if that was our choice. They honestly resolved it with a positive good customer service instead of offering a discounting like you commonly see in the industry and was completely fine with it due to the communication and honesty! Great customer service they both deserve to be recognized for it ! We will be back due to this positive experience! Huge shout out to Henry and Robert its rare you have those interaction these days! Thank you to the two of them!“
