“I had an outstanding experience at this Subway location on N Noland Rd in Independence, MO! The store was clean, the food was fresh, and the service was fast—but what really made the visit exceptional was the manager, Brandi.
Brandi goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels welcomed and taken care of. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and leadership truly stand out. You can tell she takes pride in her work and sets a great example for the entire team. She made sure my order was perfect and even took the time to check in and make sure everything was just right.
It’s not often you come across customer service like this anymore. Brandi is a huge asset to this location, and because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this Subway if you want great food and even better service!“
“One of your employees why it was making my sandwich was saying welcome to McDonald's and a Big Mac and the other guy was saying you know you shouldn't be saying that this is why I was sitting in line and they was making sandwiches not finishing I'm not finishing the other sandwiches“
“I came to this specific Subway yesterday. I thought i was gonna have a mid sandwich and an okay experience here. Both of the ladies working in the morning weren’t only helping out customers fast, but they were friendly and willing to help you out. When i got my sandwich? It was perfect. If you’re looking for a quick bite this Subway has treated me better than any in this area in a long time. 10/10 Subway!

“I stopped going to subway for awhile the service that I am accustomed to has severely declined. I was in the area and thought I would give it another chance. I am very HAPPY I did. After a long day at work and i didn't feel like going home to cook. I was very pleased with my sandwich. I just may start going back.“
